What further helps in supporting the reliability of the information provided by these ‘whistleblowers’ and ’contactees’ is the consistency and coherence of the testimonies and evidence provided by them, and ultimately the credibility of the individuals involved. Consequently, this report will focus primarily on the testimony on a select number of ‘whistleblowers’ and ‘contactees’ whose consistency, coherence and credibility suggest they are providing reliable information on the motivations and activities of different extraterrestrial races.

Master Sergeant Bob Dean had a twenty seven year military career and at one time during his service worked in military intelligence at the Supreme Headquarters of the Allied Powers in Europe (SHAPE) from 1963. His distinguished service record gives him great credibility in claiming to have witnessed classified information during his military service.

During his SHAPE assignment he claimed he was instructed to read a detailed study of the activities of UFOs/ETs and how they might impact on Soviet-NATO relations which was published in 1964 with the title: “An Assessment: An Evaluation of a Possible Military Threat to Allied Forces in Europe." In an interview, Dean described four extraterrestrial races described in ‘The Assessment’ as follows:

The group at the time, there were just four that they knew of for certain and the Greys were one of those groups. There was a group that looked exactly like we do. There was a human group that looked so much like us that that really drove the admirals and the generals crazy because they determined that these people, and they had seen them repeatedly, they had had contact with them, there had been abductions, there had been contacts.

These people looked so much like us they could sit next to you on a plane or in a restaurant and you’d never know the difference. And being military and being primarily paranoid, that bothered the generals and the admirals a little bit. That the fact that these intelligent entities could be involved with us, walking up and down the corridors of SHAPE, walking down the corridors of the Pentagon. My God, it even dawned on a couple of them that these guys could even be in the White House! Of course, as I said, being paranoid in those years it really shook things up a little bit.

Two other groups, there was a very large group, I say large, they were 6-8 maybe sometimes 9 feet tall and they were humanoid, but they were very pale, very white, didn’t have any hair on their bodies at all. And then there was another group that had sort of a reptilian quality to them.

We had encountered them, military people and police officers all over the world have run into these guys. They had vertical pupils in their eyes and their skin seemed to have a quality very much like what you find on the stomach of a lizard. So those were the four they knew of in 1964. But I’ve been told by friends that are still active in military service that it’s well over a dozen by now. [6]

To my knowledge, there are many different races interacting, or observing, this planet. By "races," I broadly mean "groups," as one would have no idea of where, or when, these beings come from. I've heard many odd reports, by colleagues and friends of such, recalling reports and descriptions of beings that look exactly like an average human, beings that resemble sticks of white chalk, and most everything in between.

A bit of clarification, here; I was directly told that the small, grey beings, commonly associated with abductions, are more-so manufactured servants; working on behalf of their representative group(s.) Most races use these grey beings, much like the military uses remotely controlled robots to first snoop through an unknown building.

There are, however, taller grey/pale ETs that do not fall into the "manufactured servant" category.

The bottom line, here, is that many beings are watching over this tiny planet, and from places and times we have no way of fathoming!

The Grays are very active in human abductions, genetic experiments, monitoring humans through implants, mind control/programming, cloning and creation of hybrid humans.

These little grey fellows also watch/observe and do this away from our normal spectrum of sight... infared, you can spot em...or for those who can 'see' their energy sig's.
I personally know of two extraordinary people with very acute abilities, who have been watched for years now, their purpose (lil grey fellows) seems to be, of an intriging nature,( we have summerized), to understand how 'some' can see them while most can't and for whatever other reason for their interest in both these people.

Interesting to note also: These grey's are able to block their own 'thoughts' if you can call it that, from both these persons, but they cant hide their apperance.
At first only a few showed up...then within weeks, up to 30 were witnessed...just standing about watching and observing. Many attempts were made to communicate with them but they refused to unblock their 'block' with no sign of acknowledging an attempt to communicate with them...

There is more to this story which does include 'rep' type beings who have also showed interest in these two people.

Again, it seems they understand who has the abilities to 'see' them and who does'nt.

'The Alpha Centaurians, according to Bielek, apparently provide a form of sanctuary and protection to humans that desire assistance in dealing with the repressive polices of the shadow government.

Bielek stated the nature of this agreement with the Alpha Centaurians in an interview:

AB [Al Bielek]: There are shuttles regularly from this planet to Alpha Centauri 4 which by agreement is a safe haven for people wanted by the U.S. Government. There’s a treaty. It takes about 12 hours to get them. Apparently they took all of their family which meant sisters, brothers, father, mother, whatever, with them. As far as I know they’re still there.

SS [questioner]: Who runs the shuttle?

AB: Presumably the Alpha Centauri Government, but I don’t know. But it’s on a regular basis twice a week. The landing point I have no idea where it is. Of course they guard it secret.

SS: What is their body form like?

AB: Alpha Centauri? Like humans, exactly the same. There’s a much lower population on their planet. They’re not overpopulated. They’re an advanced civilization, a little ahead of us - not a great deal, but somewhat ahead of us. They don’t like things like government head-bashing and that sort of thing and they way they treat some of the government agents they no longer have any use for or whatever, if they are approached, and I don’t know how it’s done, if they are approached and asked for asylum, if they issue the card, you just get on the shuttle and that’s it, you’re there. Beyond that I don’t know. I haven’t seen them since. [105]'

If this is true, that's very kind. A 'get out of jail free' card for those most deserving. ]
