Of course, it wasn't as bad as the MSM reported (wouldn't you know?)

National Opt-Out Day Appears to Have Succeeded

The right way.

Not by "disrupting" airports, but by the way I advocated - and how it should be: By wallets snapping closed.

I saw dozens of pictures of airports yesterday on the news. They all featured empty airports by comparison to any Thanksgiving holiday I've witnessed before - and I'm going on having witnessed 50 of them.

In addition there were widespread Twitter reports (I was monitoring the news flow on the "opt out" topics all day long) that those airports with the scanners had them roped off and inoperative, and that the conventional metal detectors were in use instead.

It appears that this was "Message Received".

Good.

Of course the TSA has not admitted to any of this. Nor have the airlines - yet. But this much I can assure you - if the wallet stays snapped closed places like Disney and the airlines will put a stop to "Gate ****" as it will be the only way they can stay in business.

The economic solution is not only lawful, it's the winning solution.

It's good to hear about this, because it makes more people understand that it is truly the consumers that control corporations. Sure, they can use dirty tricks to make it seem like we have to buy their products (monopoly, etc), but in the end, it's the people that decide. We are not victims. Boycotts are the way to go. This also makes me hopeful for the bank opt-out on the 7th of december, but I'm not sure enough people are awake (and believe in this method of control over corporations) for this yet. Either way, it will be a start.

It gives me an image of corporations as hamsters in a cage, with the people controlling the supply of food and water. We can even make them run the wheel ;)

I flew out of LAX on Tuesday, and there were no backscatter machines/"enhanced pat downs" in sight. To be honest, I was feeling kind of disappointed after all the hype! haha.

The only thing the TSA will admit is that they intend to ramp up the activities by placing the machines in train and subway stations.

nerV - the only point I would add is that human beings are NOT "Consumers." That is a degrading dehumanizing term invented by the Corporatocracy. We are energetic beings of light and it is high time we got off our knuckles and started acting like it!!

Very well said.

A while back, I had several conversations with an incredibly wealthy fellow from the American southeast; a man most of you would recognize from varying television programs/magazines. Among the highly interesting topics we discussed, I can verify that the wealthy, corporate subculture views those on the "outside" of their circles as, quite literally, "livestock."

The individuals within these circles follow a highly regimented code of ethics, much similar to those expressed by the Freemasonic author, M. P. Hall. A bit of a loophole was created, allowing me to have such conversations with this man. I will say, however, that their belief can be commonly expressed as, "It's us, and no one else."

Certainly why the use of the degrading TSA airport scanners don't surprise me all that much.

Reminds me of the "dead peasants act" that allowed corporations to covertely insure the lives of their "workers" ( another hateful and dehumanizing term) without their consent (and then I guess the goal was to work them to death).

The vid below would be really funny if it wasn't so real.

This is truly up close and personal.

You are very right. It really is a dehumanizing term.
