Some of my dreams are very strange, some so strange and different than what we perceive life/awareness/dreams to be here, that I consider some of these dreams to be altered state.

Last night I dreamed that something happened that made everything fall perfectly in place and when it did it made everything resolve to some kind of full re-remembering about true synchronicity, the being that I truly am and a dream fantasy reality set into my destiny that I was eventually going to re-discover. What I remember the most about this was a returning to my true home kind of feeling and how powerful and overwgelmingly right that felt.

I woke up more convinced than ever before that there is some kind of more truthful state and place we are coming from or going to, that we have once experienced but forgot and that this being/consciousness is incredibly powerful in its experience, awareness and being. An idea I got from this was that this destiny point is somehow co-designed with my own involvement, I felt in the dream that what I had forgot was stuff I had created, maybe that I had created my own destiny and was now being asked if I could not remember that I had done this. I somehow also realized that excitement was highly central in all of this. Very interesting dream...

... And maybe there is a place where we can freely choose what life to go through, understanding fully about the pains involved, understanding them so well that we get to live them and then decide whether to include them or not in the life path we create, and we decide to include them because they add depth to the beauty and warmth it is all ultimately resolving into. Maybe that's where excitement comes in, that excitement is the driving force between the polarities to create momentum towards our greatest state of being.

What I felt about this experience though, was not so much about the contrasts and tensions between good and bad, wonderful and scary, it was more about truth, beauty and creativity - that your "real life" in creation that the awakened wakes up to, is infinitely perfect.

This is reminiscent of reading the hypnotherapist Dr. Michael Newton's books- Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls.
Both examine the 'inter-life', or life between lives using data compiled by past life/age regression techniques. Topics include choosing a new incarnation from a set of options, spirit guides, soul groupings, 'karma', and the truly infinite nature of the self. A humbling and fascinating read for anyone unfamiliar with this man's work.

On a personal note however, I've experienced that 'homesick' feeling following strange dreams, also.

Wow, that's really synchronistic with me right now. Not only is that one of the most beautiful things I've ever read, it's very strangely something I've been feeling, so much so I could have -- not as eloquently -- perhaps written it myself. Especially that "we decide to include them because they add depth to the beauty and warmth it is all ultimately resolving into"...

Yeah. I've been going through some serious challenges. Prayer and chi gong and the summer heat have helped me and very recently I felt just that... that this pain, despair and confusion I feel and have felt many times is molding me, softening me. Bringing me into solitude, contemplation and communion. Anyway, I can't say it better than you. Thanks.
