I would ask that the folks here listen very carefully to this phone interview, but only if you wish to understand what the man says about the nature of cloud seeding in order to create rain, which is the work that his company does. If you are looking for support for the use of chemtrails that modify our weather or minds, you should move on. I'm just trying to save you some time.

Careful listening will establish that he says:

1. his company does not create clouds, they seed clouds that already exist

2. his company does not use aluminum, and he doesn't know of anyone who does

3. chemtrails do not exist

4. what people believe are chemtrails are actually contrails that have been formed from the condensation of air vapour at high altitudes

5. these observed contrails form at altitudes that are too high (26 - 40 thousand feet) to form clouds

6. his company "seeds" clouds that have formed naturally, at much lower altitudes, but they have been largely unsuccessful at this in the American west (especially California) because of the lack of moisture in the air

7. HAARP is, to the best of his knowledge, a system used for navigation and has been shut down

Please do not use this interview as something that provides evidence of a program of chemtrailing. You will have to look elsewhere for such proof. There is plenty of evidence for such programs, but it is not found here.

This is just one example of weather modification.

He acknowledged aluminium may be part f the flare used.

This an example of spraying the air with aroesols for the purpose of weather modifcation. The term chemtrail is the pop culture phrase for solar radiation management which is another weather modification technique.

There are several haarp sites around the world.

The point is, if they spray for cloud seeding, they would spray for SRM. Also, they dont mention this in weather reports - some rain tonight, increased precipitation brought to you by weather modification inc.

And he acknoledged the "naturally extended contrail" problem and how that would create artificial clouds.

So this post isnt about fear mongering towards "chemtrails" but as proof there are companies that at least, openly, get paid to spray the skies (you cant see their spray though) from the ground, and via their planes, while paid via tax dollars, and 0 public insight to the exact tech. And imagine if they seed a storm and someone dies in that storm. And this is just one of many many many companies (not to mention government operations - they get paid to outfit government planes to)

Weather Modification Inc doesnt related to conventionally documented chemtrails, but I think it falls in the same category since chemtrail term is referenced atmospheric spraying - visible or not.

And one more point, natural contrails dont naturally form the way the "chemtrails" are documented to form. And even if they did, even he agreed that natural ones can still form fake clouds and alter weather. So at the very least we should have engines that dont produce that type of trail (they already solved the issue, hence the belief they arent natural).
