Supposedly, Microsoft has added a hidden windows 10 update. I have searched my windows 7 without finding anything amiss. My HP windows 8.1 computer has a mind of it's own. Meaning I cannot use the computer as it keeps doing things to attach me to all the other apps and programs. I keep getting locked out, too.
This is the link for the article and info on how to work with removal or actually to disable should I understand correctly.

Windows 7 was made for defense "from" encroachment, ever since, they've been trying to figure out how to sneak Google chrome"eye" in you system. (An option not to have chrome on your pc) Windows 8,9, 10, NOT. What would they do, if we just used it for work or correspondence and not personal fun? A few months of the most boring research and development, it just becomes "imput" to fill memory space with useless dribble. Even if you repeatedly misspell a word or words, would drive AI nuts and the perfecting programmer. They get OCD to achieve perfection.

I came across this the other day. I'm not sure if it applies here, but it may be of some use. I was able to find my Windows 10 upgrade download and delete it. I also got rid of the windows update KB update which this article mentioned and uninstalled it. I have very mixed feelings about Windows 10 overall.

Is windows 10 better for homework for children than 8 or is it about the same because I find 8 to be better with touch screen devices and I have got them laptops for homework, most of their school work is done online which I find rather annoying as a lot of people are having to buy laptops etc just so their children can do their school work xx I have a gaming laptop and it has given me the option to "pre-order" windows 10 xx
