A brief background.untill recently I have never mediated although have had an interest in the subject.the main reason is untill recently it never felt right to do so.the need to start has been building up over the last few months and has been a strong push in my subconscious.I ended up watching the Peter Paget vidios and decided from bases 48 4 that it was time to take it seriously and begin.
What has happened in the last week is nothing but astounding and joyful.things I noticed and written in the last week .days 1-4 while thinking of and energy flow through my hands my fingers became stiff and the bones freaked.the energy ball in my minds eye was the most beautifull stunning pale blue ,I am completely colour blind and have never seen this before to the point of being tearfully.this ball of course can only been seen by me while doing the exercise at all other times not at all.day 7 no more stiff fingers but can actually feel an energy flow between my hands which pulses at the apex as it flows.my whole body swayed with the flow.day 8 is today.I don't feel in anyway that I have not wasted time by never doing this before just complete joy at what is happening.I just wanted to ask people here that I trust is there any significane in the pale blue ball colour and to share what is happening
