"Organic" Shapeshifting UFO Hovers Over NYC

Here's a report from a man named Tony Shea in NYC who videoed a UFO from his bedroom window on 12 September. He posted it on his blog. (link below).

He is quite tenacious in his efforts, struggling with the focus and sightlines, but still manages about 20 minutes of some of the most unusual UFO imagery I've ever come across. It's notable for its organic qualities, sometimes appearing to open and expose its interior to reveal a sphere deep inside, at other times closing and looking like a huge seed case or oceanic diatom. It hovers in place while it shifts through a myriad of shapes, sizes and patterns. It's hard to tell whether the changes in luminosity are from the rising sun's variability, but they are quite dramatic.

The result is not just another 'dime a dozen' UFO video, but a recording that has me dumbfounded and intrigued. I hope you find it as interesting.

I thought at first it was the reflection of my computer off the window. But then something else strange happened, I felt an odd presence watching me somehow, like a beam coming through the window, and then I grabbed a camera and started recording. Here's my take: It is Venus, filmed through a dirty window - possibly double glazed - with a video cam which has that familiar diamond aperture and autofocus set on (as it is by default on most consumer videocams). Autofocus is desperately trying to get the windowpane and its load of dirt in focus while the photographer moves back and forth and side to side making autofocus flail in and out to no avail... The varying thickness of glass causes the morphing of the lightsource.

To be fair I only watched a minute or two... I realized all of the above within a few seconds of the first zoom out and in again. I spent many years peering through various cameras having trained as a photographer.

The man's panicked reaction to the Unknown is priceless! Heaven help him when Stuff really Hits The Fan!

I have to agree with StandingWave............ it only appears to change shape after he has zoomed out and back in again.

Yup, Venus. The glass is distorting the image when the camera zooms in, and I agree with StandingWave about the autofocus. I don't have a video camera, but my digital camera's autofocus does the same thing.

The thing is, just about anything can trigger a rush of the second (dreaming) attention under the right conditions. He says himself, at the start of the video, that he's been up all night. That's probably why he got the rush of the dreaming attention in the first place...he's sleep-deprived. Castaneda emphasizes that a sorcerer must be sober, and he's right.

Thanks, Standing Wave. Your analysis makes sense, especially considering the current location of Venus in the morning.

I guess the lesson(s) here are 1. never video through a window or, if you do, 2. clean the frickin' glass! :bigsmile:

that Fellow Aspirant is one of the best ufo's I have ever seen! In fact I would have loved to see it with my own eyes! My only one sighting was never as good as that. I just saw a zig zag manoeuvre that couldn't have been a plane or helicopter!

So, Aranuk, you're not put off by the "Venus" explanation? It seems pretty good to me, but the images are so varied and complex, I just don't know what to think.

I've tried to tell people this before but I don't think anyone believes me. There is a huge star that comes for weeks, sometimes months at a time and it's not any planet or star. It looks like a huge star but it has interacted with me. Once it sent out a duplicate of itself across the sky, over our heads, to reveal what it is. Another time it sent out an amber orb after I had been talking to it, as I was shooting hoops. I think this could be the same thing and I think they're very high vibrational beings.
