Hi,
Its hard to believe moving into seven years of Oregon sightings and one of the rare and more difficult type video captures are the objects that move deeper into outer space. It's not unusual to observe many satellites during an evening and what makes these type objects different is only noticed in the last few seconds as the object gets smaller and disappears from view. I did not film last nights object but did get to watch clearly through a Gen 3P night vision scope as the object went out of sight above me.
On certain occasions when the camera is not running it's unfortunate to only share a story but in this case, a little over a year ago one clip in the whole archive was like last night. This is also a chance for viewers to notice how much can be determined through night vision such as seeing an object move far into space.

Thanks, this is one of the more non fake UFO videos out there. I think this is a real UFO event, it reminds me of the pre-events to my UFO encounter, which was an incredible experience...! Imagine that you see something like this, then you lose sight of it and then it suddenly re-appears very big in front of you in earth's atmosphere and accelerates across the sky at an incredible speed. That was what my UFO experience was like...!

Yet another sight I thought I might not get to see in this lifetime. Beautiful to watch. Thank you.

You know that light that moved very quickly during a short while, I think that is someone shooting at the UFO with some kind of pulse beam weapon. When the UFO started leaving, it had spotted that there was danger there, so it left off, shortly thereafter someone tried to shoot it down... These UFOs are incredibly intelligent... It appears as if they can predict what is going to happen. Maybe they can slow down or speed up the frequency of their craft so that they are able to observe things in slow motion and then react.
I think we are seeing multiple UFO's at various frequencies, some with such a frequency that you can see them as a light shadow. It's incredible technology we are witnessing...
Also notice at the end how it is pulsating as it moves... The technology is frequency and resonance based, I would guess it is an electromagnetic field that is pulsating around the craft...

Most likely it's just a satellite or something and the way it reflects sunlight and how that changes as it moves.. I've seen this happen so many times I've lost count.

Even when its light has a pulse as it moves? What is causing that?

The trouble with satellites is that they are subject to inertia... and would have the hardest of time to go straight up at the locale vertical in order to disappear from view on the spot...

Exactly that & thank you, and seeing it disappear in the night vision scope confirmed a vertical rise. The Gen 3 is amazing in spotting even the smallest object so even if a satellite going dim it would still be visible.

The object continues in a perfectly straight trajectory as it "fades out" this is exactly what you would see if a satellite were crossing the sky and then went into the earth's shadow; it would quickly go from bright to invisible, fading for only a few seconds. If there is no sun on it, you can't see it - starlight alone would be shining on the wrong side - the earth would be blocking any light from space coming from that direction. I have seen hundreds of satellites cross the skies, as take says, this looks no different to me.
Now .. if it had changed directions ... and I have seen objects that appears as satellites until they change direction ... then that would have impressed me.

As with Take who didn't see it... just presumptions of what it could have been... but mojo did see it and was quite impressed!

Take a letter or legal size piece of cardboard, look at it sideways so that you only see the edges, align one edge with your line of sight and follow some imaginary dot cruising the edge closest to you and subperpendicular to your line of sight and then turns to follow along the edge that's aligned to your line of sight... perfectly straight trajectory right?
The "turning" only occurs within a plane that's parallel to your line of sight.
Maybe, one day, those pilots will do mojo a favor and perform a few zig-zags before disappearing straight up :)

also would agree that satellites can disappear when moving into earths shadow especially viewing it with the naked eye. If viewing the night sky with quality night vision even in the shadow the satellite is seen. Also there is the horizontal axis traveling in the night which is not clearly determined therefore the narration to say "I'm lying on my back looking straight up," helps. In the case of the sightings the short distance traveled and fade out to see nothing makes it intriguing but by no means impressive. I would point DeDukshyn to some of my other favorite captures to maybe get him to say that...lol...;)

Thanks ... most UFOs though, don't seem to be subject to inertia ... hence all the claims of the way they move and some reasonable vids that display this behaviour. It would take an exact alignment from Mofo's POV though, to give the effect.

I located two stars that it's path travelled over, lined up a straight edge and plotted the expected trajectory and the next star it would fly through ... it went directly through that star then disappeared. Perfectly straight to me .. try it.
And yes I agree, any non-linear movement would be really awesome to see. I have seen this myself, and have no explanation for how an apparent satellite can "turn". But unfortunately this object showed me no signs of this. What you suggest is not impossible, just would require an exact alignment from Mojos position, which I think would be rare. I am certainly not trying to discourage Mojo -- he's one of the most faithful and dedicated UFO hunters I have ever come across!

Nice video, and looks genuine.
However, it's almost certainly a satellite. The object maintains direction and momentum. All that's happening is the perspective of reflective area of the satellite (usually the large shiny solar panels) has simply changed as seen from the observation point.
Sorry, I don't see a UFO or any mystery here.
