Greetings to all!
I would like to post the results of an I Ching reading whose results remind me of the importance, especially in times like these, of the way of the peaceful warrior.

The question being "what will the end of 2012 and beginning of 2013 be like?"

Here's what we got according to our interpretation:

Hexagrams:Lu and Chin. The key sentences in Lu are- 'to step on the tiger's tail. He doesn't bite the man. Success'

It seems that the common men, the slaves, will step on the tail of the controllers but it will be in a way that is playful, and yet in reality it is truly difficult. The strong and the weak will find themselves in direct contact, the weak will provoke but the strong will let them do it and will not strike back because it is happy contact not injuring. The human situation will be that the conduct and the delivery of their dealings will attain success if plied with temperance.

In other words, if people can confront with peace that which blocks them from their own integrity, then calm will reign.

For me this brings to mind the spirit of Gandhi. If you haven't seen the version directed by Richard Att. in a while, it's worth a second glance to remember the fighting spirit of Gandhi.

The hexagram Chin continues to say as if in an alternative time line that there's great possibility for progress and harmony between higher beings such as the sun and the earth and people.

It also brings to mind the success of the "opt out" day at the airports - instead of allowing themselves to be subjected to molestation, people decided just not to fly that day. And the ones that did found the body scanners out of operation. Peaceful non-compliance is the way to go. If you get smacked down for peacefully resisting, you are a martyr and make the ones delivering the violence look even more foolish.

My wife threw the coins while we both asked the question, me out loud.

Excellent. Optimally when you know someone will be waiting for you to do you harm, you just don't show up. Thanks for the reply.

Then the answer is for your wive......
Its the energy from the person throwing the coins which makes them tumble in the position they are...
As far as I understand it and done it for years....
