Ufo over NYC - 25 Sep 2015

Hey there guys :)

My husband just sent me these pics from his work in Manhattan, I'm in queens and he told me to go look outside but it's very foggy and cloudy out. I can't see anything but a bright star the same one that's always there. Oh and to be clear he didn't take these pics till he got over the bridge leaving. Hopefully more people post up from the city who saw it as well.

But he said it's very large. He used his iPhone 6. And the whole job is out there taking pics. Bunch of construction guys looking up. lol :)

He always gets to see the cool stuff...*stomps feet*.. Jk

This is my first thread made on PA, and I took me 10 minutes to get the nerve up to post this...I fought it off and did it, weird feeling too, like I was def going to get made fun of and stuff like that.

Thanks guys, :) I just wanted to get it out there in case anyone else can check it out if they were around downtown. Or have a view.

There are a lot of planes and air traffic all over the city, could be anything but hunnieface says its a ufo, and men are always right, kwim ;)

I think it looks long because the camera was moving and the object got blurred. If the camera had been still, I bet it would have photographed as a point if intensely bright white light.

Ah man... I'm in NYC but missed it. I stayed indoors all day until I had to leave for work to avoid all the Pope traffic and hoopla.

The weird thing is, I kept looking up at the sky as I walked to the subway thinking the clouds looked very unusual yesterday...

I'm trying to locate his shot. Did he take these shots on the LIE in Queens? Although you said bridge, so maybe he is on BQE? As you may infer I am from LI. I assume these were taken yesterday not in June.

At about 7.40pm UK time last night I saw something that looked exactly the same.
I was on a long straight road with a slow decline so had a good clear vista view. I spotted something coming from my right to the left in the distance. I first thought it was a huge bright star, then a plane, but stopping at lights I could get a better look and saw no intermittent red flashes, just a steady white glow. It went across my full view from one side to the other but then seemed to suddenly go up faster and then disappeared.

Interesting that the times are quite similar. As a matter of interest, which direction did it head off towards from over NYC? It appeared to me from the South-West (so from the Irish Sea direction)

Yeah I say bridge because I figured he was just getting over it so yes it should be on the lie in queens but let me text him and ask so I can give you the exact place. Thanks man :)

Yeah I took my own photo is what could be a star and something in the air. Maybe a plane. I took it from my stree towards where he was saying the craft was (downtown), my house is on the bay and I have a view of almost the whole city. So when I got upstairs I couldn't see downtown and it was foggy out.

Yeah these were taken yesterday. He sent them to me in a text and I uploaded them to imgur then here. :) I was frantic posting and a little nervous. Lol sorry I put 6 instead of 9...lol duh. Can a mod fix? Or am I doomed to be a spaz? Lol ;)

Taken two houses down on the street. I have two more but they basically the same. I don't know, it was a gorgeous night last night and a friend stopped by and said he saw some weird sh*t fly over the cross island around 10:30 pm.


That's a star I'm sure. But there was something close to it that was faint and stationary so it wasn't a plane. Maybe a helicopter. ?

So I just got home from work and my husband saw two ufos in the same spot off the lie in queens. Pictures will be posted in a minute ....

I wonder why over that same spot? Lol. My husband thinks he's crazy.
