I firmly believe that different realms have different density, because I've experienced it. But what is this density that some mention, how does it feel?

Based on my experiences, density is not something you are directly aware of in a particular realm, it is when you move across realms that you become aware of what it is. Density is kind of like weight in the chest area, either that you feel light or heavy, that it feels very smooth or very modulating in an uncomfortable way. My understanding of it is that it is like a bag of true and false stuff that you carry around, that you to some degree associate yourself to in the particular realm.

What I've learned is that lighter density realms have more peace, you simply feel very light. When I entered an altered state in dream, in which I experienced an earth like dimension, just before I returned here I noticed how much density was returning to me prior to waking up. It seemed as if the realm had an overall density and that different realms had different densities.

Now, an interesting aspect to this is that density also seems to some degree fluctuate within yourself, within a particular dimension. This I find interesting, because it indicates that density is actually not totally fixed to a given realm, but is something that is happening within your consciousness. There are several peak light density states I have discovered exist. One of them being the 3 first seconds after waking up. Now, this could potentially be useful to be aware of, because if you become aware of a reference point into high light density, you can start to become aware of the "weight on your shoulders" so to speak, that weight that you normally are not aware of that you carry. This I think in turn can guide you forward in the sense that if you find out what is causing this weight, you can gradually start to lift it off your shoulders. And I think that process is a process towards ascension and happiness.

So next time when you wake up, try to pay close attention to the three first seconds. Can you sense the impact of density kicking in? If you can, then we have something in common. :)

I think that once you start becoming aware of how this works, you also become aware of what adds density and by avoiding that you can learn to gradually move towards lighter and lighter density, hence boost the ascension process.

I think there is a good chance that this can also work as a truth seeking tool. Because I think that in a light density state of being, if the body in such a state receives false information, it will generate a density increase and by being aware of that density increase you can extract knowledge.

Therefore, I think this is a topic worth looking into that I think can help to unlock things.

The key seems to be unconditional love. Unconditional love always seems to "untangle" and "resolve" that what is causing the density to attach.

So within, we might already have access to what we need in order to untangle, awaken and discover what is true and what is false. And I think that once we find that very light density being that we are, then I think we will truly understand who we really are before all of the weight that we carry attaches itself.

Maybe we exist here because this is the kind of reality that best matches that what we have inside that we need to untangle.

I have just noticed this recently. When I first wake up I am pain free, but then as you say the weight of my thoughts kick in and then I become aware of the pain (not psychosomatic as one might guess - have the MRI ;) ) Positive loving thoughts extend the pain free period but I can't maintain it yet! Cool observation WhiteLove.

The dream world is such an extensive subject, everything from start to end is so interesting, there's so much we don't know yet, I bet we have a lot of lucid dreamers on PA, lucid dreaming is much more easier when you are much more sensitive to what is around you and open minded, I dream a lot, I dream what I want but unfortunately I broke one very important rule about lucid dreaming, do not dream of known places..
However, dreams can be so big, so vivid, so natural, colorful, everything we want them to be that we can ask ourselves, Are dreams real? Maybe everytime we dream it's not our conscience, maybe we transport ourselves to another dimension or some place we still don't know how to reach, something like you said, a place with lighter density... Do you feel any kind of gravity when dreaming?

Just this morning I woke up out of my dream, the dream i had was wonderful I used my knowledge to know that I could fly in this dream like some kind of super hero. When I woke up I felt a kind of peace , like I was ready to do something really great today I had an acknowledgement for everyone else to show them the right way no matter what state of mind they are in i just cooperated and stayed true to myself. And as the day rolled by I could notice the effects wearing off more and more like how you say you get more density added on to you. I was literally picking up energy from others that was more heavier but I guess if I choose to think of it that way that is why my density level will get heavier rather than being in a lighter density and staying that way when I wake up and regardless of what others around me are doing or thinking. Like when I woke up I had a feeling of responsibility that I held onto.

Michael Raduga says the first seconds after waking up are the best time to "phase" into the astral . . . I agree regarding the density that seems to become heavier, almost more oppressive, as one settles back into the body. Sometimes my mind doesn't function fully, as if it has been whited out, for a good few seconds; verbal thoughts seem to stop short.

I beleive the difference between the lucid dream state (from an uplifting dream) and coming back to this denser reality is the very workload you have to do before being able to be in that lighter, calmer state all of the time.
Some years back I was very depressed but I got help from somewhere one night in the form of two very tall persons who gave me healing. I could see them for a while and before they put me to sleep I could hear one of them saying "I think she can see us". I then slept for over 24 h and when I woke up I felt absolutely fantastic - for about 3 seconds and then my depression put it self back around my head like a heavy cap and I could not shake it away. Very disapointed about that then but also understood that I had got the help I needed no more nor less. No free ride.

You can know the future at least 24 hours ahead if you remember your dream and understand how to read the symbols in your dream. When dreaming, your subconscious is speaking to you in your native language. While this is going on, your conscious mind is really only conscious a very little. It takes the words it hears the subconscious speak and makes pictures out of them which are unrelated to each other in the logical world. Putting these pictures together, if you remember your dream, results in gobbledegook, a confusion. Now if you reverse the process, creating one or more word sounds for each thing and assemble the words into a message, you will be seeing into your immediate future. Also, the first seconds of awakening, you are still mostly asleep, and your mind is able to see into the ASTRAL which is real. It is the area of telepathic communication with other minds. What I am saying is born of my own experiences. I have not read them anywhere.

I agree. I first became aware of the density within realms and the body my consciousness is in while experiencing another life memory. It was incredible how much lighter she carried herself from this me, now.
Also, I have felt a discrepancy between densities in very oppressive realms but because I am not of it, I am not affected by it. If that makes any sense...

[...]the 3 first seconds after waking up.

in these first seconds I am often aware of much unexplained phenomenon which I continue to document. It has extended to even minutes. I hadn't considered that it was due to density. I equate it with those moments just prior to falling asleep.
