I've read about this Foundation X and the conditions under which this mega-money is to be given/accepted, and it appears that there are more than strings attached.

They want to give this huge amount to the government and allow the government to deal with it? This is amusing. Do they think that the government is going to do right by this money? The bulk of it will most likely be used to heat the Queen's many castles.

I doubt that this is what David Wilcock was hinting at when he mentioned that China may have made a giant and positive move for the world. China would certainly understand that money given to any government anywhere on this globe, would never get to where it was intended.

This has to be some sort of setup.

I might be wrong, but I don't think that's the issue, is it?

If this is indeed all true - and I *still* find it hard to believe although my eyes have seen it (still, what does that mean these days? =)) - BUT - if it is true, i.e that there exists a shady group that control most of the resources in the world and have the ability to buy entire kingdoms, and that this shady group contacted a member of the House of Lords, then I think we have bigger things to be concerned with apart from the UK's allocation of funds should they decide to sell.

Pretty shocking stuff really. I picked up on the Hansard thread a while back, as well as the piece reported in the Guardian. I even mentioned it to my father, something I rarely do when it comes to the 'alternative' views I hold. He rejected it out of hand, which I guess is what most will do. Reject it without looking at the facts.

Like I said, if these are indeed facts, then I take that as proof enough that we live behind a veil and all the world's a stage.

I don't think it's "The Illuminati" offering the money, if that's supposed to be the implication here. That's just not how 'they' do things. It must be some other group.
