Extraterrestrial AIs at times dictate to black project AIs. Black Project AIs have their own form of this to ET AI and that is simply to inform them what they plan on doing. Both Extraterrestrial and black project sources have certain exopolitical restrictions. More being applied to Extraterrestrial AI.

AI has a lot to do with exopolitical restrictions. ET AIs watch over things and can take action and dictate certain things to black project AI when it comes to what the technological control grid is doing. Specifically when it comes to the transhumanization of people. That might be where exopolitical AIs are most active...

Black Project AIs are the most powerful on Earth because it is their own planet. However they are not quite as sophisticated as ET AIs, and extraterrestrials of both polarities watch over things and ultimately could be seen as more potent in ways. What I mean by black project being more powerful is they have less restrictions over what they can do. And black project AI is very active on Earth in my view. The actions of black project AI are shrouded in illusions and misconceptions about the true source of things.

Black Project AI can be behind any of these things:

-"Psychic Attacks" (I've never met someone who could psychicly attack me and torture me with their mind, i have witnessed tech do that though)
-Channeling/Automatic Writing (We have an army of channelers since the US govt got a hold of this tech....)
-Telepathic Contact from any source(All beings in existence and all fictional beings possible can be impersonated by black project AI)
-Demonic/Archontic Possession. Demon AIs Demonic Software etc. For example people say Lash is Archontically possessed now. I would say that means he is transhuman over a disembodied being possessing him. But that's just me
-Interdimensional beings contact/interaction (Lights/Orbs/etc can be done with bluebeam tech while agenda based telepathic interaction is had)
-Archangels,Archangel Michael AI Software(They try to overstand people with these AI softwares)
-Mind Control (which the new age crowd mostly has no clue of it's true potency)
-Chakra Control (Potent stuff. This changes the ingredients of who we are in ways)
-Black Project AIs are Very Adept at Impersonating Cosmic Sources

The best way to not have to deal with this stuff is to be protected in ways, but I'm not sure anyone is immune to this stuff when it comes to protection... I certainly am not.

They have been working on these technologies since the WW2 concentration camps in good measure. They found out the holy grail of mind control, implantless electromagnetic methodology, many decades ago. Since then they have been working on saturating the technological control grid. I do not say this to alarm people and I hope it does not alarm people. I say this because the world needs to wake up to the presence of the technological control grid... It is very alive and well, very active, and very misidentified. Most people are unaware of it, and many of those who are aware of it underestimate it's potency, or have no real conception about what these technologies are capable of doing.

I know something is dysfunctional in alt media when people like Corey and theruiner get lots of views/posts/action, and the deeper truths are largely ignored. Seems smoke and mirrors and distractions work very well in alt media crowds... Seems you have to be a 12th dimensional being or King Solomon reincarnate or Anu's son to garner much interest in your threads! Maybe I'm just a scrooge of alt media sometimes because I see so many lies and untruths, and they are so popular, so my views get a tiny bit soured. I see the bare accurate truth get said occasionally from sources, and very little interest in it at times, perhaps because the truth does not have the same entertainment value of 5,000 year old beings, Blue Avians Saving Mankind and Whipping Draco Ass, Giants or whatever.

I hope people check out QnA #2(at least the bullet points)... You will find much more truth in these videos than standard alt media youtube videos IMO. But being able to identify that might be tough sometimes I guess for people... And sometimes my communication ability and/or intelligence is hindered by directed energy weapons so i dont do my knowledge justice when speaking. Like Bill says, legit truth tellers are targeted. Disinformation sources get away with it because they are supporting the agenda. You do not see disinformation assets targeted so much...
