View Full Version : Financial Advice: How to Save Thousands of £'s $'s on Your Mortgage

OK fellow Citizens,

I have decided to post this on the internet after receiving several threats and pressure to close a web-site I had opened........ but first a little background.

I live on what is considered a 'tax-haven' with a massive global finance presence. I spent fifteen years in the industry, time I consider wasted. When I left the industry I had a great idea about selling information, that when applied, takes an average of six years off the term of a mortgage and tens of thousands of pounds saved. The best thing about this advice is that it costs nothing to apply. The secret is in what it is you say to your mortgage provider. This advice is totally legitimate and exploits a little-known loop-hole...... and let me tell you, those at the top of the tree, the ones that do not have day-to-day money worries, all use this loop-hole.

So, one day I made an appointment to see a company that specialise in setting up and running web sites. I sat with the two principles and explained what it was I wanted to do. They thought this was an excellent idea and gave me a run-down of what it would cost to design and implement the web site and the ongoing costs.... it was a few thousand pounds. The very next day I received a call from one of the principles who said that after I had left they had sat and talked and decided that they would like to get in on the idea and would I be willing to form a partnership whereby they would design and run the web site for free and we would split the profits three ways. Excellent thought I, no outlay and once it was up and running it would be an automatic income with no effort on my behalf, so off we went to market.

Little did I know the un-wanted attention I would receive from the Financial Services Commission, but that is for another day.

ANYONE that has a mortgage, whether new, mid-term, looking to swap........ if you send me a PM I will advise you on what you have to do. It is so simple as to be beautiful and only involves one, short phone call. Best of all...... it will not cost you a penny, or dime, and you can consider it as flipping the finger to 'the man'. The very people who need these loop-holes the least, are the one's that take advantage of them.......... we truly live in a World of reversal.

Threats and pressure to close a web-site, from whom?

Don't these 'people' usually just pressure a server host service into pulling the site?

No,

I'm afraid not. When you live in a small offshore community, 'they' can make things uncomfortable fairly easily.

I would just like to make this perfectly clear, so there is no misunderstanding.

I am not selling anything here and neither do I require anything from anyone regarding this information.

So far, I have answered over 50 pm's.

I have been gob-smacked at some of you and your attitude. What gives? I am not doing this for some altruistic reason other than to share info that is not widely known about outside of financial circles. This info puts more of your money in your pocket. That's it.

I don't require thanks but some courtesy is expected. Just think before you hit the 'send' button.

To those of you that I have answered, please, put it in to effect. Tell your family and friends.

Thank you for sharing, but I've read of this 'secret' many, many times in widespread publications. It will work, however, yes.
