Reading your thoughts

One of the more interesting statements made in Dr. Greer's recent interview was how ET has technology to interface with thought, thereby having the ability to read minds. How close are human researchers to this ability or do we already have it hidden away somewhere? If such technology existed would it change human interactions if everyone could hear your thoughts in debates etc and to be honest and truthful?

Quantum superluminal communication technology (QSC) is already in existence.

It is well known that even though present quantum theory permits the existence of quantum non locality, it doesn’t permit the realization of quantum superluminal communication (QSC). However, when considering the dynamical collapse of wave function and the direct intervention of consciousness of the observer, QSC can be realized in principle.

Primary quantum theoretical model of telepathy is based on the principle of quantum superluminal communication (QSC) .

The equipment consists of a two way Quantum Superluminal communications with ETs as a viable effective system.
It provides opportunity of trans dimensional communications (TDC) using this QSC system. This means the opportunity is open for one dimension, but a range of dimensions . This supports the multiverse experiments going on in CERN.

The equipment consists of a Quantum Superluminal Communication transmitter/ receiver system.
It does require the scientist/person to be an awakened individual for this operation because ETs will be able to read the operators thought patterns. Pure intentions within thoughts would be prerequisite for communications with ETs .
This whole process using this method is outside the electromagnetic spectrum.
E.g. Radio, microwave used in SETI are out of this equation,
This means that QSC method is not limited by the speed of light. Communications are instantaneous, similar to text messaging.

Takes but one thought to have such responsibility. Acceptance. I'm a trainwreck tho, might take me 1k to really accept and focus those thoughts into a single, coherent condensate. ;)

I believe that it is in this interview that Philip Corso talks about the technology they back-engineered from the Roswell incident. One of the things they could never figure out was the visor they found. They believe it was a mind to craft interface. In other words, they were using their minds to pilot the craft with the visor. So if this is true they have a way to interface with the human mind.

Reading minds would be one thing, it would be like hearing static electricity. There an untold amount of thoughts that are running at any moment in the head with the thoughts a person perceives as a filtering of all those thoughts.

It's the same for all of our other senses. The trick would be to KNOW which of those thoughts the perceiver is focused on and even those can change on a whim.
