Same as when good people on the planet here meet bad people. If both intelligent, the bad people keep screwing each other while trying to profit from the good people and cheat them too, and the good people try to get away or are naively utilised. However, from an intelligent good race, they would just put a stop to the exploitation will they see in the bad one. If the bad one do not understand, the good one may pay them a small unexpected visit who know.

Remember maybe a book on the dolphin pubilshed years ago, the defense stratégies of the dolphin versus the sharks, the attack stratégies of the sharks. Dolphins always end up winning, using their high level brains and their group stratégies.

If i were to imagine a perfectly nonviolent way to interact with a violent race, it'd probably be to live a hundred lifetimes within their ranks and suffer enough to show them that this is not the way. Such benevolence is never without the capacity to suffer so greatly. No skill in this universe is without waste.

Even such malevolence is not without purpose.

I'd imagine the way the two 'good' and 'evil' groups meet would be very different to how we believe they would.... the transaction process would be more simple, mutual, and overall abstract; similar to how foreign states engages with each other.

Remember, being given a moral label means an individual or group certainly needs to live up to it for the shoes to fit. If the distinctions are this clear and objective, then consider the second question you put forward, OP; why doesn't the 'benevolent side' show up and try to stop what is going on?

When a clear decision and its consequences are analyzed, one can only conclude that the 'good guys' are more plausibly one or more of the following:

1) Behaving indifferent or neutral to what is going on here. They may also be hiding behind excuses, or cop outs.
2) Maybe they are incapable of doing anything about our situation, which probably means they are on the lesser side of the equation (strength-wise), or that higher dimensions do not require 'love' to 'ascend' to. Taking a belligerent stance or treating it like a dance of death; viz-a-viz like a Hollywood film, probably would be laughed at or lead to the 'good guys' destruction.
3) They are in league with the 'bad guys', in which case that would also negate them being benevolent.
4) The information we receive is just pure propaganda, which would mean we know next to nothing about what is really going on.
5) Objective morality doesn't exist on a universal scale, and we are projecting wishful thinking on to either side.

Most of what I have read and understood on the matter seems to implicate one or more of these being true. If the universe was run by entities who were good, then there would never have been an issue to begin with.

It was very fortunate in 2011 to experience and observe different ET's collectively. The videos show a tall and short grey, and a humanoid female. There was also a mantis type observed, so this hypothesis would be that they are united on a common purpose to be working together. Another hypothesis can be expressed as well, ET's don't necessarily have to be the same species to work together.

As far as a good ETs coming across bad ETs might we make some inferences about the encounter? The negative group already has a proven track record of abductions, etc and possible harm to other beings so that means they likely have sufficient defensive abilities to protect themselves.

In the Oregon sighting there were probes and other smaller objects patrolling the surrounding environment that were related to the positive ETs that visited here. The thought is that they were totally aware of the surroundings by using these probes. So perhaps that was the way they protected themselves from negative encounters by total awareness and avoidance.

nice synchronicity...Todays Ancient Aliens show is about alien conflicts and how human might be in the center of it. Did anybody happen to catch this show? Im not sure what the title was. They mentioned possible evidence like ET crashes on earth how some might be related to battles with other ETs. Also remains/residues similar with nuclear weapons going off before man had them.

Good and bad is a function of resource. Only when resource is inadequate is there the need to be "Bad", that is service to self. Therefore the question must be asked in the context of what environment do the ETs meet, and what needs do they have at the moment. The answers will be many. Typically I think the needless one will attempt to help the needy one out of the compassion they learned when they were needy.
