I must admit I like art, but do not enjoy the mess that comes with art, I do not have the room or skills.
I sometimes tinker with paint net a simple free online tool.
I enjoy making simple pictures which I can use for focus, I see our "universe" has a "Proton", universes within universes(Fractals within Fractals).
These are a few pictures that help can me focus, to be drawn in to a infinite point.
I imagine myself inside a proton/electron looking out, while looking in. To me The centres are quantum possibilities, where anything and everything can happen.
I also use a prism to view, which adds a deeper depth. this allows for a more intense deeper focus

Wow these are amazing Sunshaker :clapping:
I always thought paint was only for editing photos. Like you, I enjoy art but am unskilled and have always enjoyed looking at fractals. Is it very difficult to learn how to do this? Thx for sharing.

It is very simple, but there are many ways to play with paint netv3.511

simple guide:
FiRST FOR THESE TYPE OF PICTURES, CHOOSE PAINT BRUSH IN "TOOLS", CHOOSE BRUSH WIDTH, AND COLOUR FROM "WINDOWS" ICON. make a simple picture like below, JUST EXPERIMENT.

Next click on effects, then distort, then polar inversion(highest level), this will give you something like this:

Then go to effects again, to photo to sharpen, you can do this as many times as you want, each time I use "polar inversion", I ALSO SHARPEN 3/4 TIMES.

THEN IF YOU WANT, GO TO ADJUSTMENTS, And invert colours to give you this:

There are many other ways to create original pieces of art(each original to you), just by playing with the tools, have clean mess free fun:sun

I love these simple tools, I am sure there are many out there who create masterpieces, but these you can create in minutes,
just with thoughts of the moment.
A COUPLE MORE OF THE MOMENT PICTURES

ONE DAY, ALL I COULD FEEL WAS NOISE:

I use Paint.net quite a bit, but I didn't know it could be used like that. Very cool!

Another nifty free program is Verve painter. It's 100% gpu based so some lower end / older laptops may struggle with it.

There is a member's art thread here if you want to post something of yours there. Your "garden" and "psychedelic" pieces are very fine. :)
