The timing is very suspicious a day after a little chat with Barack at the G 20.
It is possible to look at Russia and Putins actions over Syria as part of the PTB
geo - political plan that ' Power Blocks ' as in Orwells 'Big Bros'. So corporate
control can be maintained via competing military and other industrial complex.
Its easier to keep control and keep the global NWO that has developed over
the past century and is planed for the future if the reigns of power stay in the
hands of the few not the many. There are political elites in all countries including
Russia and China.

Egyptian and Russian crash experts examined the debris in the Sinai desert
Russia's security chief says an act of terror brought down the Russian A321 airliner
in Egypt last month, killing all 224 people on board.
"Traces of foreign explosives" were found on debris from the Airbus plane, FSB
chief Alexander Bortnikov told Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Mr Putin vowed to "find and punish" those behind the attack over the Sinai
peninsula. A branch of so-called Islamic State said it downed the plane.
Nearly all the dead were Russians.
Mr Bortnikov said a bomb had been planted on board the Kogalymavia jet,
equivalent to up to 1kg of TNT. The Kremlin website carried a transcript of the
meeting. The bomb shattered the plane mid-air on 31 October, he said, "which
explains the wide dispersal of fuselage pieces".Mr Putin said that Russia must hunt
those responsible "indefinitely, find out who the individuals were".
"We'll look for them everywhere, wherever they are hiding. We'll find them in any
corner of the planet and punish them."
Russia has offered a $50m (Ł33m) reward for information on the Sinai plane attackers.
Sinai Province, a branch of Islamic State (IS), said in a statement on 31 October
that it had destroyed the plane because of Russian air strikes in Syria.IS also said it
was responsible for the multiple shootings and bombings in Paris on Friday night
which killed 129 people and wounded hundreds more.
Heavier Russian raids
Most of the A321 passengers were Russian tourists flying home from the Red Sea
resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.

Mr Putin also said that Russia's air strikes in Syria "must not only be continued -
they must be intensified so that the criminals understand that retribution is
inevitable".Russian warplanes are supporting Syrian government forces against
various rebel groups, including IS and other Islamists.Russia's military commanders
were also at the meeting with Mr Putin and the Federal Security Service (FSB) chief.
Egypt president under pressure - BBC's Orla Guerin in Cairo:
The Russian statement that a bomb ripped apart the plane will surprise few, but it
will be deeply damaging to Egypt's image, its tourist industry and its president,
Abdul Fattah al-Sisi. The former army chief sold himself to the nation, and the
world, as a leader who could bring order after chaos. Instead, a virulent branch of
Islamic State has been able to take root on his own doorstep, in the Sinai peninsula
- in spite of a major military offensive. Even after the crash, in a BBC interview,
President Sisi claimed - implausibly - to have "full control" over Sinai. Instead,
attackers were able to slaughter more than 200 Russian tourists.
The last thing a Middle Eastern strongman can afford is to look weak. But the
wreckage of Flight 9268 is proof of President Sisi's vulnerability, and of the growing
strength and reach of Islamist extremists in the Arab world's most populous nation.
Mr Putin was speaking after separate meetings at the G20 summit in Turkey, with
US President Barack Obama on Sunday, and UK Prime Minister David Cameron on
Monday. The Syrian conflict was the focus of their talks. Mr Cameron pressed Mr
Putin to direct air strikes against IS, and not at moderate rebel groups fighting
President Bashar al-Assad's troops.

Attacks attributed to IS
Commenting later on the G20 talks, Mr Cameron said everybody recognised the
need for compromise and Russian opinion was changing.
"I think there are some signs, some signs, that they are focusing more on Isil (IS)
but we need to see that continued," the prime minister said.
The Sinai Province militants have operated in northern Sinai for two years,
attacking Egyptian security forces, hundreds of whom have died in the violence.

France Has a Powerful and Controversial New Surveillance Law

‘As it plans its response to a series of six terrorist attacks Friday night that killed
129 and injured 352, the government of France will likely step up its efforts to
keep tabs on the movements and communications of people within its borders.
As it happens, the attacks have occurred only a few months after legislators in
that country passed a sweeping new surveillance law that gives the government
broad powers to closely monitor the mobile phone and Internet communications
of French citizens.Passed by the French Parliament in May in response to the
attacks on the Paris-based magazine Charlie Hebdo, the law allows the government
to monitor phone calls and emails of people suspected of connections to terrorism
without the authorization of a judge.’

France to limit U.N. climate summit to core talks, ban rallies: PM

‘France will limit a U.N. climate summit in Paris starting in two weeks’ time to core
negotiations and cancel planned marches and concerts after the attacks that killed
129 people, Prime Minister Manuel Valls said on Monday.
He said no foreign leaders had asked France to postpone the Nov 30-Dec 11 summit,
which aims to map out a global accord to limit greenhouse gas emissions, a move
which would amount to “abdicating to the terrorists”.
But he told RTL radio that “a series of demonstrations planned will not take place and
it will be reduced to the negotiations … a lot of concerts and festivities will be canceled.”‘

UK law mandates software backdoors, jail for disclosing vulnerability
By Graham Templeton on November 13, 2015 at 12:15 pm
‘It’s the hottest trend in spooking: Take law-abiding citizens, usually
business owners, and use the justice system to compel them into being your
enthusiastic deputies. People pitch in by opening their doors, both physically
and digitally, so the government can make use of any supposedly private user
data they might have. The seeming enthusiasm of the collaboration comes from
the fact that these same orders make it a crime to reveal the collaboration, so
service providers must also actively deceive their own users about the true level
of privacy they provide.
Now the UK is getting in on the action, as it’s been revealed that under the upcoming
Investigatory Powers Bill it will have the ability to order companies to build software
“backdoors” into their products, and revealing that collaboration could result in up to
a year in prison. More than that, the government is also empowering itself to enlist
the services of talented individuals like hackers, and to also legally restrain these
people from revealing the work they’ve done — even in open court. In the US, these
orders are called as National Security Letters (NSLs), and they have come to be
routinely served to everyone from a small business owners to major corporate executives.’

This is looking more than just coincidence , Paris attack , Russia bomb on
plane confirmed. Attacks stepped up and televised.....Russia was firing off
Ballistic missiles last week and there was a ' accidental ' press leak for a top
secret nuclear torpedoes. Maybe behind the scenes , Russia has warned the
west , and its been agreed the ISIS psyop must be put to bed ? ( speculation ).
This whole thing seems 'dodgy' as we have been speculating . It feels to me
that the Russians have had enough and although they cannot come out and
simply say . ISIS is an intel op that has morphed out of Al Qaeda and the
neo - con agenda from the 1990's , because that would lead to more political
fallout than there is over the Ukraine and Middle east already. Russia still has
many trading sanctions against her , which if this sudden co - operation with
the west succeeds may be lifted.
So they have had to wait and manoeuvre the situation in their favour after they
have caught back up technically after the cold war.
Or they have all been told by their masters to start again ?

The moment Russian television accidentally shows secret plans for a nuclear torpedo system on air
pdTdsfHrBoA
Published on 12 Nov 2015
The Kremlin has admitted that Russian television accidentally showed secret plans
for a nuclear torpedo system on air.
Two Kremlin-controlled channels, NTV and Channel One, showed a military official
looking at a confidential document containing drawings and details of a weapons
system called Status-6, designed by Rubin, a nuclear submarine construction
company based in St Petersburg.
SECRET NUCLEAR TORPEDO PLANS APPEAR ON RUSSIAN TV
08p2mT3SxAQ
Published on 12 Nov 2015
The Kremlin says secret plans for a Russian long-range nuclear torpedo called
"Status-6" - should not have appeared on Russian TV news. The leak happened
during a report on state-run Channel One about President Vladimir Putin meeting
military chiefs in the city of Sochi. One general was seen studying a diagram of
the "devastating" torpedo system.Launched by a submarine, it would create "wide
areas of radioactive contamination", the document says.
The "oceanic multi-purpose Status-6 system" is designed to "destroy important
economic installations of the enemy in coastal areas and cause guaranteed
devastating damage to the country's territory by creating wide areas of radioactive
contamination, rendering them unusable for military, economic or other activity for
a long time", the document says."It's true some secret data got into the shot,
therefore it was subsequently deleted," said Mr Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"In future we will undoubtedly take preventive measures so this does not happen
again."However, the Russian government newspaper Rossiiskaya Gazeta later
reported details of the weapon, without showing the diagram, and speculated about
a super-radioactive cobalt device. So the leak may not have been accidental.
Cobalt warhead?
On the diagram the giant torpedo's range is given as "up to 10,000km"
(6,200 miles) and depth of trajectory is "up to 1,000m" (3,300ft).
It was developed by Rubin, a submarine design bureau in St Petersburg. It would,
apparently, be launched by nuclear-powered submarines of the 09852 "Belgorod"
and 09851 "Khabarovsk" series.Rossiiskaya Gazeta called the torpedo a "robotic
mini-submarine", travelling at 100 knots (185km/h; 115mph), which would "avoid
all acoustic tracking devices and other traps".
Just before the torpedo diagram came into view in the state TV report, Mr Putin
could be heard telling the generals that the US and its Nato allies were forging
ahead with a global anti-missile defence system "unfortunately ignoring our
concerns and our offers of co-operation".He said the Western defence project
was "an attempt to undermine the existing parity in strategic nuclear weapons and
essentially to upset the whole system of global and regional stability".

Why for a new thread Cider?
Because of the headline , I sometimes put a sub thread say on the Jimmy Saville or
Snowden threads if a big item comes up . Because only a few usually go into a long
thread.I thought it was important to let everyone know that the plane was brought
down by a bomb.
But in hindsight I may not have needed to bother as the main thread by Greybeard
and the current Paris and WW111 threads may have been enough....LOL
Plus I'm off work today so I had time , also I was not sure where it was going when
I saw the headline this morning.
