from both sides, moms and dads? The blond in the Middle East or North Africa are either Bedouins or Persians (Iranians). Both are Muslims but do not like much the arabs. Arabs would not trust them either. Much more blonds amongst Turks, yet very little, most from the Caucasian mountains. They would not be considered as arabs at all by arabs, although they are Muslims.
