http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFzDaBzBlL0This very interesting video has been sent to me which relates to an accidental experience with a bicycle, and brain plasticity. Can we unlearn bicycling: the answer is yes. Have fun looking at this video.

Which helps people understand that to 'unwind' my acclimation to the human body, I had to go back to my birth and before birth, through auto-hypnosis, day by day, inch by inch, for years, event through formative emotional and traumatic moments and relive them for weeks...and remove their influence. To do this...In isolation. So that the old paths would not be re-tread and thus re-established. No TV, no newspapers, no news, no media, nothing of any form of integration that causes any form of re-initiation of all normalized human pathways.
What I developed was a 2-4 hour cycle of spin down to be able to integrate with 'people' and I'd do it in a semi-meditative state that was held and then when home, to take their influences off with a cycle of cleansing.
The cleansing was done by recall of all the work, in a sequence of flashing the events, and acts to bring that pathway I worked so hard to create as a new thing, to bring it back..and then work on it a bit more.
That was approximately a total of 3 years overall, with the middle approx 2 years of that cycle, in what is known as 'the sleepless state', where sleep is about 1.5 hours of no direct "consciousness". Awake and meditating and OBE, astral travel and whatnot, for the other 22.5 hrs of the day. To remain in the hypnotic. Subconsciousness and consciousness all in one continually aware and awakened state.
There were times, during the peak of it, where my own dog which I had in my life for almost 10 years at that time, did not recognize who or what I was. Fundamental shifts, fundamental change.
Constant Kundalini, and endorphins, stress, etc, all combined to burn the old path away and bring in the new, to create elasticity and potential with a coinciding extreme health regimen that would enable the physicality of the change. Psychically connected to all things, or at any moment I desired to move in the given direction. To live timelessly with the possibility of all things and all places and all times in the given moment.
I say this so that people can get a hint of the level of dedication it takes. No phones, no communication with people, nothing. All of it, the entire world of humans has to be washed away and off.. to begin again, with a new path... back through-- in and out.

Question: how does the body survives through it (eating, heating, paying bills, whatever necessary for the body to live)?
This looks very much like the Asian monks who will retire in isolations for years in some caves.
Most probably that if not done in one shot (like 3 years in a row), it takes a whole lifetime and more, right?
What pushed you to do it Carmody, what were the triggers?

I had decided that I was out of kilter and that my directions were driven by the edifice of what I was, so I decided to change that edifice - the body, or avatar vehicle. To place the question squarely at the limit so the ego would stress and break and relax and let go. Change or die. (I put myself in that corner, A autohypnotic cover story, to create enough of a 'no way out' internal condition to initiate change) No escape... but all forms of escape (change and escape, all doors open). To waterboard the ego-avatar-emotional controls to the point of total breakdown, relaxation... and then shedding of their innate system of self direction and self flow-motion.
To break and relax the innate autonomous subconscious inner animal ego so hard that it does not even have the capacity to twitch/respond/shape/interpret anymore under any form of sensory or data input.
When I removed the consciousness we called ego as a barrier... I recalled that I had already accomplished it once before at age 18, and had programmed myself at that time..that I had wound myself up at that time, at age 18, with a similar methodology, one that was slightly flawed. It was tougher at the later date, to do this trick again, but I did a more complete and in depth job the second time. (I had started such musing when I was about 10 or 11, and started to seriously play with my wiring when I was about age 13)
Since one is working on a biological programmed carrier from within the window of the carrier (avatar), the result will be moments and times of seeming madness, but that is part of the package and it is simply something that has to be endured, or tolerated.
Modern psychology and modern society tends to try and erase this potential in us, via societal and cultural integrative shaming... ego manipulation by the collective and individual ego, which is part of the block on the area of the mind's connections that has to be gently put away.

You have two components to change: I believe those two elements apply to the brain, yes, AND to the body. And it is relying in great parts on the will aspect of ourselves, to start with, leading to the heart (love aspect) later on.
Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity, is an umbrella term that describes lasting change to the brain throughout an animal's life course. The term gained prominence in the latter half of the 20th century, when new research showed many aspects of the brain remain changeable (or "plastic") even into adulthood.
Neurogenesis (birth of neurons) is the process by which neurons are generated from neural stem cells and progenitor cells. It plays a central role in neural development. Neurogenesis is most active during pre-natal development and is responsible for populating the growing brain with neurons.
“The development of new neurons continues during adulthood in two regions of the brain. Neurogenesis takes place in the subventricular zone (SVZ) that forms the lining of the lateral ventricles and the subgranular zone that forms part of the dentate gyrus of the hippocampus area. The SVZ is the site where neuroblasts are formed, which migrate via the rostral migratory stream to the olfactory bulb. Many of these neuroblasts die shortly after they are generated. However, some go on to be functional in the tissue of the brain
