Interesting UFO over Israel

This one is really cool. Could it be using some cloaking technology? It's cloud like appearance is deceiving.

Hmm that's a hard one!

There is a small cloud like patch there that seems to be rotating on it's self.

Great shame the overall brightness of the vid is so dim :(

Around my way there are always some beam/lights projecting up into the clouds/mist.
Now some nights the beam it's self isn't visible but the cloud/mist layer it hits gets illuminated.
Sometimes the illuminated area has multiple points to it and can be rotating, I've seen the multiple point beam in both:

Beams visible and beams non visible.

just saying that could be whats being filmed here?

appears to be a reflection of a buffering indicator ...like on a movie playing on youtube (or another similar service) reflecting off the window. notice how it moves as the camera viewpoint moves..
