The NSA’s message from the Extraterrestrials, on their website!

http://www.ufointernationalproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/12/nsamessage.jpg

Not a lot of people realise this but the NSA have on their website proof of Extraterrestrial contact under the title “Key to the Extraterrestrial messages” (found under https://www.nsa.gov/public_info/_files/ufo/key_to_et_messages.pdf). This is a hugely important step towards Disclosure and something which is far too overlooked by the UFO community. The original document was cleared for public release back in October 2004, but strangely not ‘officially’ released into the Public Domain until April 2011! Such an important document needs to be seen by the world as this is on the NSA’s actual website, sat there waiting for all to see. We want Disclosure of Alien contact, then here you go!
This one small step, yet ‘Giant Leap For Mankind’, is best described as a ‘treasure trove’. Of the documents available, one is particularly interesting from the NSA Technical Journal Vol XIV No 1 with FOIA Case number 41472 which has been titled ‘Extraterrestrial Intelligence’. The document authored by a Dr. Campaigne, presents a series of 29 messages received from outer space. Here’s an extremely interesting snippet from the journal:
“Recently a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again. The pauses show here as punctuation. The various combination have been represented by letters of the alphabet, so that the messages can be written down. Each message except the first is given here only once. The serial number of the messages has been supplied for each reference.”
If anybody ever mocks you for believing in Aliens, then please feel free to steer them towards the NSA’s website!
NSA Document Admits ET Contact

On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA Journal Vol. XIV No. 1. This is a report of a presentation given to the NSA by Dr. Howard Campaigne regarding the decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received “form outer space”. Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.
At some time, unspecified in the document, Dr. Howard Campaigne and some other NSA super mathematicians in the crypto department had been given the task of decoding the messages. There were a total of 29 messages to be decoded — quite an undertaking.
It is curious, to say the least, that this document was cleared for release on October 21, 2004. Why was that? Because the NSA did not release it into public information until April 21, 2011. Though cleared for release, the NSA had been stonewalling it along with hundreds of other NSA documents about contact with UFOs and extraterrestrials until they lost the lawsuit brought by Peter Gersten, a lawyer from Arizona. When they well and truly lost, the judge’s order had to be carried out, and the documents had to be released.
Dr. Howard “Extraterrestrial Signals

The document, as I stated, is Dr. Campaigne’s presentation to the NSA on the decoding of those messages. It was actually published by the NSA in their own internal NSA Journal. Yet, they were also forced to publish a list of search terms from FOIA requests for which they had found no NSA documents. In that list is “Extraterrestrial Signals”. The title of this document, which they published themselves is “Key To Extraterrestrial Messages”.
Quite obviously, they conveniently split hairs here in reporting they had no information about“Extraterrestrial Signals”. They knew for sure they had this document, and that it was about what was being requested in the FOIA request. They knew it, flaunted the technicality of wording, and continued to stonewall.
Who is Dr. Howard Campaigne?

Dr. Campaigne is one of the top cryptologists on the planet with years and years of service to Naval Security Group, Army Security Agency, National Security Agency, and a couple of other such alphabet organizations.
Howard H. Campaigne started his crypto career for the government during World War II and has been a key and integral part of our U.S. security and intelligence ever since. In other words, he is part of a very small, very select group who are considered the cream of the crop in Cryptology.
Dr. Campaigne’s presentation to the NSA on decoding the extraterrestrial messages was not a hypothetical exercise. I contacted someone who is formerly associated with the NSA and still has TS clearance, and asked him to view the document. I asked him to give me his take on it. There was no question about its authenticity since it was published in the NSA Journal, and was released by the NSA on their web site. What I wanted to know was whether this document had any particular impact or importance (other than its startling revelations) for someone familiar with the inner workings of the NSA. It did.
My contact told me that he was blown away by the wording of the document. He said that NSA communications are filled with words like “possibly” , “allegedly”, and “thought to be”.
He said, “This document has none of the normal NSA disclaimer words in it. They just come out and say ‘we received messages from outer space’ and this is the way to decode those messages.”
I asked, “What does that mean to you?”
His reply was instant.
“Disclosure, pure and simple. They aren’t making any fanfare about it, but there it is. They have just made open disclosure.”
But what do the messages say?

Dr. Campaigne focused on a set of information in a couple of the messages that turn out to be some mathematical equations. They also contain the listing of all the elements in our Periodic Table. I suppose those equations may make some sense to a physicist or engineer, but do not mean anything to me. I clearly understand how Dr. Campaigne came to the translation since he explains it very well. But, as to what the meaning of the equations are, I could not venture a guess.
It is curious, though, that during his presentation Dr. Campaigne mentions there are “words” that they have translated, and some “words” they have not yet begun to understand. He gives an example of a connective word that he knows is connective (joining two or more statements) but does not yet understand the translation of that word.
Debunkers are scared as hell of the release of this information as it proves beyond any doubt that they are, and always have been, dead wrong. Their careers as debunkers are finished in light of the revelation of this material. They are already using the only possible “tool” left to them by saying, “That’s old information. It’s been out there for years.”
As usual, they are either just uninformed, or outright lying. It is true the document was cleared for release on October 21, 2004. It is true that date is from “years”. But it is also true that it WAS NOT released until April 21, 2011.
This is truly blockbuster information. No one from the government has stepped in front of the cameras and come clean about ET reality as yet. But, here we have the most secret intelligence organization in the U.S.A. , the National Security Agency, disclosing openly that there has been contact with intelligent extraterrestrials. Not only that, we have decoded their messages.

The “Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages”

The National Security Agency (NSA) has released a number of previously classified UFO and extraterrestrial documents over the past couple of years. This one comes straight from the NSA Technical Journal – Vol. X1, No.1, written by H. Campaigne. The journal entry is titled “Key To The Extraterrestrial Messages”. A signal is detected from outer space, and the NSA attempts to decode the message.
How do we determine the validity of this document?

The source has a www.nsa.gov URL. You cannot fake a .gov URL, it’s impossible. The document is considered public information and is available through the official NSA website. There is another link to the document found from a search query straight from the NSA web site, you can view that in the list of sources as well. This document is 100 % real, and was approved for declassification by the NSA.
The extraterrestrial phenomenon is a large one, and branches off into so many different subjects. Now more so than ever, it has become extremely clear that agencies like the NSA don’t really represent the people that they are said to protect. It seems they use the shield of ‘national security’ to classify information and justify certain actions.
“The dangers of excessive concealment of facts, far outweigh the dangers that are cited to justify them. There is very grave danger, that an announced need for increased security, will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning, to the very limits of official censorship and concealment – JFK”
Please keep in mind that NSA documents do not represent and speak for all UFO documentation. Thousands upon thousands of official UFO documentation is available in the public domain. Military agencies and governments worldwide have been declassifying files for a few years now, and some of them are quite astonishing encounters.
What conclusions can we draw from this document?

One conclusion we CAN draw is that the NSA has an active interest in the search for extraterrestrial life. Humanity has always believed that NASA is the primary body interested and heading the search for extraterrestrial life. Did we ever stop to consider that almost half of the United States budget goes to agencies that are under the jurisdiction of the Department of Defence? If anybody has the resources to look into the extraterrestrial subject, it’s agencies like the NSA.
The release of this document also tells us that extraterrestrial matters remain classified and all monitoring of extraterrestrial activity remains classified. Only a few documents have been released, I wonder what still remains classified? The United States Air Force also has a space agency separate from NASA. It’s called the USAF Space Command.

UIP Summary

Since this document has been out in the public domain, there has been talk that this was just a training exercise and comments have been made stating ‘oh Dr.Howard Campaigne has a dry sense of humour’ but something tells me that there is an important reason why this was officially released for us all to see, perhaps just perhaps this is their back up plan in the near future to say “well we did tell you that we had contact, it’s on the website!”

Then let's posts\ the link(s) and openly talk about it whenever someone calls us a cracked-pot, drop the link and say see they told you about it, but you refuse to believe it.
Not a nah, nah, but "a official wake-up call to do as God told ya and watch the skies at this time. We have cameras on our phones, start posting publicly after, all you see to alert the rest of the world. I myself have quizzed our citizens publicly on "why are other nations telling of UFO's, and America is mum?

and, what is the message, can we have access to the message itself? even if we do not understand it (i bet anything that a talented non NSA person could help the decrypting).

But, what is the message up to now, what was precisely found?

a side note on radio signals. Scott Waring converted the famous Wow signal for us to hear it....Personally feel that communication by ET would be related more to light or an even faster method.

Wow can you honestly imagine the implications of something like this ??? I firmly believe our solar system is teaming with life & i suspect our goverment agency's have picked up signals from time to time ... But what happens to these signals ??? They get decoded understood then they are filed away and the general public never hears anything about them ... Why in this day & age is the subject of life outside of our own such a taboo thing i mean they are determined to keep lying telling US that humans are unique ... People claim they lie to us because of certain technology's which they do not want us to be aware of but i think its a lotmore than that ... With all the interest in the subject why is the US goverment determined to admit NOTHING ... They do not want Disclosure ....WHY IS THAT PLEASE HELP ME OUT ?????;)

They do not want Disclosure ....WHY IS THAT PLEASE HELP ME OUT ?????

IMO they murdered people like Phillip Schneider and Thomas Castillo plus all the dirty secrets at cover-ups. Plus the work done to militarize the technology and keep it from other governments. The elites keep it for themselves and what Dolan describes as the break away civilization.

If we're talking about the same thing (are we? :) ) — here's why it was called the "Wow" signal:

Here's Steven Greer talking about this with Art Bell a few months ago, on 5 August 2015, saying that Frank Drake, the founder of SETI, had covered all this up:

I listened to the 2 minute mp3. I didn’t hear Dr Greer say that Dr Frank Drake was responsible for covering anything up.

Here’s most of what Greer did say: Greer told Art Bell that he (Greer) had a source “high up” in SETI who told him that they had received intelligent signals. Greer then says that it was kept secret and covered up (he never says that Dr Drake ordered the cover-up). This was on the air on Art’s show.

Greer continues: He says that Seth Shostak (Director of SETI) was on Art’s show a couple of days later and said that Greer “doesn’t know what he is talking about”, and insinuated that Greer’s contact was some lower level minion at SETI. (damage control?)
Greer then says that what Art Bell and Seth Shostak didn’t know was that the “high up” SETI contact was none other than Dr Frank Drake, the founder of SETI! He then went on to say that another source (un-named) who was the best man at Carl Sagan’s wedding confirmed the signal was real and that he was present in the room at Harvard when the “Wow” signal came in!

Greer’s testimony fits right in with the original post: The Truth is that we have received intelligent communications and that fact has been suppressed!

Famous Wow! signal might have been from comets, not aliens (https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn28747-famous-wow-signal-might-have-been-from-comets-not-aliens/)

https://d1o50x50snmhul.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/dn28747-1_800.jpg

On 15 August 1977, radio astronomers using the Big Ear radio telescope at Ohio State University picked up a powerful signal from space. Some believe it was our first interception of an alien broadcast. Now it seems something closer to home may have been the source: a pair of passing comets.

The signal – known as the “Wow! signal (https://www.newscientist.com/article/mg15520946-800-forum-wow-was-that-et)” after a note scribbled by astronomer Jerry Ehman, who detected it – came through at 1420 megahertz, corresponding to a wavelength of 21 centimetres (https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn11403-no-such-thing-as-a-constant-constant). Searchers for extraterrestrial transmissions (https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn27923-100m-project-uses-worlds-best-radio-telescopes-to-find-aliens) have long considered it an auspicious place to look, as it is one of the main frequencies at which atoms of hydrogen, the most common element in the universe, absorb and emit energy. What’s more, this frequency easily penetrates the atmosphere.

But in the 40 years since, we’ve never heard anything like it again. Analysis of the signal ruled out a satellite, and a reflected signal from the Earth’s surface is unlikely because regulations forbid transmission in that frequency range.

The signal’s intensity rose and fell over the course of 72 seconds, which is the length of time that the Big Ear could keep an object in its field of view due to the rotation of the Earth. That meant it was clearly coming from space. So what was it?

Antonio Paris, a professor of astronomy at St Petersburg College in Florida, thinks the signal might have come from one or more passing comets. He points the finger at two suspects, called 266P/Christensen and P/2008 Y2 (Gibbs). “I came across the idea when I was in my car driving and wondered if a planetary body, moving fast enough, could be the source,” he says.

Hydrogen clouds

Comets release a lot of hydrogen as they swing around the sun. This happens because ultraviolet light breaks up their frozen water, creating a cloud of the gas extending millions of kilometres out from the comet itself.

If the comets were passing in front of the Big Ear in 1977, they would have generated an apparently short-lived signal, as the telescope (now dismantled) had a fixed field of view. Searching that same area – as subsequent radio telescopes did – wouldn’t show anything. Tracing the comets’ positions back in time, Paris says that the possible origin for the Wow! signal falls right between where they would have been.

Neither comet was known in 1977; they were both discovered in the last decade, which would mean nobody would have thought to search for them. The odds of any telescope catching them in the region of the Wow! signal by chance were vanishingly small.

To test his idea, Paris proposes looking at the same region of space when the comets are back. Comet 266P/Christensen will transit the region first, on 25 January 2017, then P/2008 Y2 (Gibbs), on 7 January 2018. An analysis of the hydrogen signal of the comets should reveal if he is correct.

Doubts signalled

Some researchers are sceptical, saying it isn’t clear the comets would release enough hydrogen to generate something like the Wow! signal. James Bauer (https://science.jpl.nasa.gov/people/Bauer/) of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California, agrees that the hydrogen from comets can extend quite far, but still thinks the signal won’t be strong enough. “If comets were radio-bright at 21 centimetres, I would be puzzled as to why they aren’t observed more often at those wavelengths,” he says.

Paris says future observations will determine whether he is right. One crucial piece of evidence will be how fast the comets move across the sky. Too slow, and the Big Ear would have seen another signal 24 hours later as they rolled back into view, unlike the solo blast of the Wow! signal. “The hypothesis must be tested before it is ruled out,” he says. “Science 101.”
