Preface: Any agency is an organization of individuals. To assume each individual in a given agency ascribes to and consciously pursues the goals of a mandate which is only made gradually clearer as one advances through its hierarchical structure is fallacy. Ignorance in bureaucracy (Esoteric obfuscation) exists in every organization, ecumenical or not.
This is meant as a clarification and general outline (as to application) of a point I already made previously on this forum. WWII was, among other things, an endeavor (who’s partial) aim was to consolidate the profits of international corporations while introducing the heads (decision makers,) of each corporation to a belief system which justifies extending a presumed divine right to rule (are given an individual manifest destiny,) from royalty to the elite (based on sufficient wealth.).

To guarantee those who do not qualify for the top tier of reward for their cooperation are held in compliance, the NSA was began as WW2 was perpetuated (In ideal,) and established its continuance, WW3. Corporations, consolidated during this period and many if not all (at the international level,) started thereafter, use their profits to fund the covert nature (dependent on secret technological advance,) of their third world war (their fourth Reich.). What better way to assure an economic victory than an agency deigned to deliver a competitive edge to its member corporate bodies, the NSA, a branch of the Nazi party, practicing (As secret mandate) corporate espionage.

Utilizing its eugenic (justified through a false sense of divinity,) ideal of eliminating precise sectors of the ‘have-nots’ ability to gain access to things required to improve their general state of being.
At its core, an electromagnetically generated holographic realm affords adherents supposed capabilities (believed a holy power,) and provides cover (extends the method and means of delivery) to evil deeds. A cover that is reliant on the majority of its adherents possessing a genuine wish improve this world and its people, concealing secret, so-called spiritual attacks (for a technologically supported sorcery.).

Just as every psychic capacity is not strictly intended for the good, every covert operation is not legal. Adding the appeal of (Black) market profits to the eugenic ideal, further funding (monetarily and philosophically,) a largely unknown war machine.
