I have seen something similar to this in the US with my own eyes a couple of years ago. "The Golden Ship", we called it. It circled so low over the trees that someone thought they were landing and we should send 'ambassadors'. We quickly squashed this idea and stayed in our circle to witness other craft.

The fact that the golden ship is a world wide phenomena has always perplexed me and deepened my curiosity on the subject. Here is Stephen Greer with two other golden ships in Florida.

I'm pretty sure that these two lights were actually gas flares happening on off-shore oil rigs.

About the New York footage. What you see there is possibly not a "ship" itself. Is seems more like a "gateway" or "opening" to this reality. Most of the "objects" using this technology are cloaked when they went trough those "openings". Some of them are using a "gas like" substance around the "object" to reflect the light.
