Talking to production people in the OK areas, they have said it is ASSOCIATED WATER DISPOSAL WELLS and not fraking jobs causing the quakes. See the other thread in earthquakes on the Oklahoma quake from last week.

Waste water from Fraking and waste water from production is pumped down into older wells which are not producing any more.. And those wells may be close to fault zones. And those wells are leaking into other zones (again verified with a producer who experienced such)..

Yes and ty exo for posting I am following this and have petitioned Lancs council and follow up letters which Lancs cc requested. It is unviable here, we are about 40 miles from Blackpool and the test caused an earthquake which rattled everything, thought we had a poltergeist. I have told Lancs cc that if my property receives damage from fracking earthquakes I shall hold them resposible. (yea right)

Radon is a colourless, odourless radioactive gas. It is formed by the radioactive decay of the small amounts of uranium that occur naturally in all rocks and soils. The reaction with fracking is unknown. I am reminded of the introduction of fireproof material in the past (asbestos) which was 'perfectly' safe blah blah
Here is the information for/about Radon (public health site) (http://www.ukradon.org/information/ukmaps)

Added: Earthquakes here are practically no existent like one in 20 years so we shall be vigilent.

And the waste water exactly Bob!!! Quadrilla when questioned by lancs cc said they had a 'plan about a plan to deal with it' erm with the quantity involved they have a real problem.

Honestly this is UK not US and in the waistline of this island from coast to coast west to east it is as little as 130 miles and this is where they plan to frock.

I live in Oklahoma , there are single wells everywhere , never quakes in the state , when they started fracking , we passed California in quakes per day ... tells you all you need to know ...

Flammable tap water should have made it outlawed years ago.
