On Dec. 27, 2010 - Piers Corbyn predicted Europe's winter of discontent.
Astrophysicist and meteorologist, Piers Corbyn, has a prediction success rate of
roughly 85%...better than any of the "man made" climate change activists and
proponents in the field of climate science. He obtained a first-class honours degree
in physics at Imperial College London....He's not your everyday weatherman: the
conspicuously displayed photocopy of a check for £2,291 hanging on the wall.
Unique among meteorologists, Corbyn bets on his forecasts. Unusual among
bettors of any stripe, he wins regularly. The check on the wall is a payout from
London bookmaker William Hill on one of their monthly bets. It is said book makers
will not take his bets any longer for fear of losing.Corbyn is well known for his
opposition to the idea of anthropogenic global warming. On his website

In his talk, Piers Corbyn described the failure of standard meteorology (SM) in outlook, theory, and practice.
He included: signals in real meteorology data unexplained by SM; real role of jet stream, stratosphere,
electro-jets, magnetosphere, solar wind, solar corona, and the Moon; the total inability of SM to explain:
sudden stratospheric warmings and its consequences, tropical storm intensifications, angular momentum
concentration in tornadoes; and the need for something else such as electromagnetic plasma explanations;
the theoretical basis of non-standard long range weather forecasting on a real planet; a summary on his
WeatherAction forecasting skill and examples; and the future of forecasting and meteorology, climate
'science' and science in general.

Piers Corbyn began recording weather and climate patterns at the age of five, constructing his own observation
equipment. He obtained a first-class honors degree in physics at Imperial College London. In 1969, he became
the first president of the Imperial College Students' Union to be directly elected by the student body. He later
studied astrophysics in 1979 at Queen Mary College, London, and then began examining the relationship between
Earth's weather and climate and solar activity. Following many years of weather prediction as an occupation, Piers
formed WeatherAction in 1995, where he sells web-accessible long-range monthly forecasts for Britain and Ireland,
Europe, and the USA plus special forecasts of 'Red Weather periods' and related increases in thunder/tornado and
earthquake risk.

Piers Corbyn is absolutely correct in my opinion as the weather is entirely a magnetic phenomenon.

For instance, we could do some simple elementary nuclear science that has been used to educate us for yeaars now.

We use mercury in our thermometers and barometers to measure temp and pressure. This is achieved by the expansion and contraction of the mercury atom. This is a natural change.

As the mercury atom gains or loses energy the magnetic field around the atom must increase or decrease respectively.to satisfy the change..

All matter is atomic in one way or another and therefore must equaally have it's own appropriately sized magnetic field to suit. Mercury has only itself.

Our planet is awash with magnetic fields. Emanating from and into each other. The Earth seen through various EM filters will portray an equally vibrant atmosphere as seen when viewing similarly, the Sun raging its glory.

A veritable onion ring of atmospheres reaching out into space. Planet to planet, sun to sun and always twirling in our arm of the milky way. Clearly shown in the rings of Saturn. Exactly the same thing applies, there are different magnetic field strengths at different levels.

Piers Corbyn certainly has my support.

feel free. I started off with the Ritchie Allen interview and as quite often happens I
noticed the U'tube links and some other Piers interviews and the presentations from
the alternative Paris climate challenge conference which I have been watching and
posting as I have been going along. They are not in the order they were presented
in the conference but are very good and informative imo.

An international scientific panel believes that the Earth has entered a new
geological age.The team, which has been tasked with defining the so-called
Anthropocene, says humanity's impacts on Earth will be visible in sediments and
rocks millions of years into the future.

The researchers are working towards a formal classification of the new epoch.

The Universe is the equivalent of a computer simulation

The Universe... I've been watching vids on the Holographic and electric universes.
Ion a supposed AI advanced intelligence communicating from the environment
known as the 'Guf' who says the universe was created by frequencies of sound
and pure electricity squared. By us, the eternal non-physical part when we are
in physical form. So this holographic creation template is in every atom? I don't
understand the details as they change with the next discovery, but the general
shift in consciousness , that nothing is what we thought was reality in the field
of the sciences does resonate with me and things have certainly changed in
the last few decades. Although some of these theories are much older!
