I'd like to share the strange experience.Many years ago i was sleeping next to my boyfriend and i woke up after a nightmare.The second i opened my eyes i saw a man sitting on my belly,i couldn't move or speak,i only managed to move my eyes watching my boyfriend sleeping next to me.I had heard of black shadows or old ladies but in my case was a big man with no hair in a holographic form.I could see the edges of the hologram vibrating in a way.I was panicked of course but i said a little prayer to Jesus with my mind and it disappeared instantly.I don't get this holographic thing

Our whole existence is holographic, we just perceive our solidity as being real. Your experience is shared by many who have sleep
paralysis... people debate the validity of this nightly experience as a mind awake, body asleep science based excuse.
Others like myself who have experienced sleep paralysis will agree with you that it is very real and pretty spooky.

My son was having sleep paralysis. He'd "wake up" crying and scared saying he couldn't move. He would not be conscious in this state. My sister said a prayer and he has a crucifix in his room now and he has not had one of these episodes since. For those suffering from this call on help from a powerful being ie Jesus. It speaks for itself.
