The alignment isn't absolute in any sense.
It's only an apparent alignment viewed from our specific location.
There are different alignments, consisting of different planets and stars
viewed from Mars, Venus, Jupiter.. .. every other planet & moon in the solar system.
The alignment isn't even straight, it's a bendy line.

Some good news for folks not wanting to brave the cold: These five planets will be in the evening sky later this year, from about Aug. 13 to 19, according to EarthSky.org.

Oh, geesh. The End of the World theorists will be out in force.

I'm betting that when the five things align the monolith on Phobos will open up and a little bird will pop out on a spring chime two times then go back in

The arms of gravity will make war with the inner realms of each celestial body involved ... I think extreme volcanism could ramp up ... the pull of our sun and the pull of each planet , trying to free themselves from its power ...
