Hello dear ones,
These two kids were born into raw vegan families.
These are their own personal stories that they share regarding their diets and their lifestyles.
I found it incredibly interesting to hear their perspectives on life.

There really is a war on healthy.
Look at the way they portray healthy food. Basic lettuce tomato salad. Basic fruit / veg steamed/cooked on a plate.
Go to a veg/vegan organic cafe tho - the food you will see there looks nothing like it. Heck some looks like it resembles vomit of some sout (Moussaka at this 1 place specifically lol) but try some! It is Divine!
The war on our mind's is a scary thing indeed.

I just want to state that my two grandmothers ate meat throughout their lives and lived long lives, one died at 93 years old and the other died at 105 years old.
One ate mediterranean diet and the other ate ordinary brazilian diet ( beans, rice , meat and vegetables). What is killing people is not meat, what is killing people is fast food and take away full of salt and sugar. If you bother to cook your own food from scratch you won't have health issues.
