Did you think this was about sex?
Or did you think it was about being hit in the nads?
Did you think it was about phone calls?
Or maybe you thought it might be about emotional triggers?
Nope.
None of the above.
This is about contact on a psychic level.
When you receive a message from somewhere beyond the level of the five senses, how does that happen for you?
Do you have an elaborate system with message answer and call waiting? Does the call overwhelm your other senses, or do you only get the call when in a certain state of mind?
Do you always know who is calling? Does the call come with a personal profile of the caller or do you have to search for their identity in some way?
Do you know for certain who the caller is or are you left wondering?
For myself, if I get a call I usually know the general area code of the caller first: For instance, if it is from an Avalonian member, or a friend, or family (rarely), or some ethereal contact, or straight from the Source.
Then as I concentrate, I will receive particulars - a name, a face, a feeling, a picture of some event that links us. And I get a compatibility quotient in the form of a feeling, indicating whether the caller is safe or a threat. Then I get the message. From most callers I will get an impression of love, compassion, connection, sympathy, strength, empathy, etc. - or a combination of these general feelings. These combine to form ideas of the general sense of the message. Words only arrive when I rationally interpret those stylized impressions.
I wonder if any would comment on any of this. It might be best to be circumspect, not sure. For myself, I don’t much care because I’m protected mostly by the blind luck of the fool. And my sincerity. I live up to my name...
I also know that this might not be the experience of some or most of the readers. Maybe this is an alien subject (pardon the pun, if there is one in that) to some. Maybe others have a different take altogether.
I’d love to hear of it.
To conclude, I get calls but I am not sure if my answer is received. I might get a sense of an electrifying surge of love that I have learned to interpret as the answer to my call but other than that, no verifying input.
The problem seems to be two-fold.
The first is the subjective nature of the experience. It is only through repeated encounters with this phenomena that my subjective view of psychic abilities has strengthened, growing from disbelief to skepticism to uncertainty to belief and finally to acceptance. This leaves a percentage of doubt, because in this world only objective experience is considered valid evidence. So it is always only a personal belief subject to change when more empirical data becomes available.
Second, an actual two-way psychic conversation seems problematic because it could violate our perceived laws of cause and effect. If a conversation could be had in this way then it would become an objective fact. Since it has not become objective fact in this society it seems to indicate that such conversations are not possible or at the very least are extremely rare.
I can have a moment of connection with another in some ethereal realm where our essences briefly meld into one, even if separated by space and/or time. But I cannot send specific data that can later be empirically proven to have been sent by me by means other than the five accepted ones. Nor can I receive such data.
So, When you ring my bell, leave a return number - and a short message with the reason for your call.
