I was watching the Valery Uvarov interview below, the guy brought front claims in a way that brought your attention.
Could you please help me understand the significance of this interview, how credible do you find this guy and are you able to explain his concept of how time (past, present, future, but there is only present) works and how ETs impact on it, I would have to watch certain segments many times I think before I would really understand his perspective, maybe partly because of my English skills that are limited.
He seemed to have studied the Tunguska incident as well and wrote a book about it. Has anyone read it? What are the claims in it?
