May be someone here know what I am talking about.

I used to have a circuit that accelerated input voltage into burst - not a pulsed - just voltage - into a burst of power that increassed it's speed a little.
It had capasitors on it to do that.
I am looking for that curcuit but can't find no one has any idea what I mean.

Find yourself a local electrical engineer and discuss your ideas with them.

Clearly, you lack electrical training and it would be foolish for somebody to assist you without knowing fully what your intent is.

High voltages and/or pulsed systems are sources of fatal accidents. These are not toys.

Be wise, find yourself somebody close to you so they can assist, verify and check the integrity of your intended project.

You need a voltage regulator... An be aware of back emf\wild legs , power surges ...

Could you draw the input voltage and the output voltage?
Sounds like a differentiator or integrator circuit which can be made with opamps.
These circuits convert a slow changing voltage input to a low output voltage and a fast changing voltage to a high voltage output. Or visa versa.

You can visit an electric supply company such as Johnstone supply or locke supply , any company in that vien can get you exactly what you are looking for, just be detailed about power specs , such as is it 460 three phase or 240 vlt AC, or 120 AC , and what step up or down voltage your trying to make. ..they also make transformers that can step up or down many types , yet the regulater is slightly less dependable than a transformer ...

It is not to be used myself. I need that to give to another person who is helping me with a project.
That needs to accelerate input voltage so instead of powering coil evenly it goes in in bursts and have speed to it.

No this just step up transformer
