Good evening Avalonians (depending on what time zone you are in :) )

I just wanted to write a little message to the founder of Project Avalon, our very own Bill Ryan. I don't think most people understand how much hard work and energy from Bill and his staff, to allow us an alternative views on what really goes on in the World. Also, I have told you before bill.... if you are reading this, you inspire me more than Alex Jones ever will. This is not arse licking per sey... just saying how it is, and I for one am VERY Greatful for the work you do behind the scenes. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and keep up the good work... Project Avalon is like a drug to me... when I have time of course, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Also Bill, I saw your thread the other day about your backpack and your adventures with Mara the Dog. I would love it if you could come to Wales, and I could take you to some bizzare stone ruins, Snowdonia mountains, Caernarfon Castle.. Wales is a beautiful country. Make your way here Bill, you'd be more than welcome to stay with my family and I... and I would show you sceneries that would make you want to stay in Wales.... :)

Yours Sincerely

Bill Ryan is the reason I joined this forum. I think he is one of the most credible persons in the alternative media. Project camelot will never be the same without him, not meaning any disrespect to kerry at all. Project avalon is the first website I go to whenever I start up my puter.
Don't forget the quality of the members and most of the excellent moderators on this site. They are very important too ! thank you all

Without that forum, I wouldnt be in the place where I am now. It helped me a lot.
And it is a great place to be with "myself". (Spiritual Section)
Awesome people here...I do not have the British words for it ;-) to say the hoighty toighty compliments to all the contributors.

It was seeing Bill in a video that brought me here also. And like everything else it is an all too easy routine to take everything for granted. Thanks to everyone who runs the place, I'm sure you don't get enough of them. :)

I know the amount of Work, funding etc it takes to host a website, then the dedication and like many have said above all the staff too... I know it doesn't pay well,so most is done out of hard voluntary work from people who desires nothing but to change the world, light it up, and leave it as close to an utopian planet for when we leave our Children. I would love to start a similar welsh alternative, and been looking into it, but due to work, providing for a family, paying all the bills, I don't have the time... Roll on retirement :) I envy you in that department Bill as I'm only 33 haha :D

Good stuff, kevboh...I agree with it all.

Bill, you've created something very special here and I'm honored on a daily basis to be a part of it. There is so much information here that is just waiting to be read and watched. I'm constantly finding fresh aspects, and perspectives to topics that are new to me and topics that I thought I knew all about.

I can't say enough good things about project avalon and the good it's done for us. Thank you, Bill Ryan.

Just want to also acknowledge the long time members (those who've come and gone, & those who've gone and will return), the mods/administration who've added to the foundation with their wisdom. Paul, RunningDear, ulli, Dennis, carmody, ghostrider, limor, sunnyside up, Truman cash, nasu, calz , jake , star tsar , cidersomerset, observer and of course mojo, and Giovanni :)

You guys are like teachers and guides to me. I'm sure others agree. Thank you.

Along with the above peeps, members like Sam hunter, dedushken, peterman, target, daozen, sigma6, blue green, kirolak, Ewan, avid, Seah, star mariner , awakening mom, mike, dna, omg, lost nfound, and jagman, every visit worth the log in. I consider all of you buddies, and not just I -have -you -on-my-friends list-buddies. I read your posts with full attention and appreciate any time you've spent answering my questions and interacting.

I'm couldn't possibly type all the names of the members who have left an impression on me. Even members who left like selkie have a place in my heart...

I get positve ideas, thoughts and feelings here with every visit, and that in turn puts my positive energy out into my world,
I feel like I'm around a loving and caring family here.... Bottom line.

And that, my friends, is all Bill Ryan's doing ... :) <3

Wow, beautiful thread! Project Camelot and Bill is the reason I joined too. I was so inspired by what Bill and Kerry did and thought they had embarked on the coolest and most exciting occupation I could imagine.

:blackwidow:

My love to all contributors, members & guests and Bill and the mod team - thank you for this huge opportunity for me to grow, the experience and your support, patience and kindness.

Couldn't agree with you more :) and the Fact bill does this with money not being the force that drives his work, that what separates him from most of the pack :)

Wow. I think others here would add many more names to that roll of honor (including KevBoh's and your own :))

I rarely make lists like that, because way too many people — dozens, maybe more — deserve to be mentioned, and someone would always get left out by accident! But the point is that Avalon is a true co-creation... like any real small-town community. We all make it what it is.

I occasionally indulge in the SciFi thought experiment of wondering about what would happen if the entire active Avalon membership (over 1,300 people) went off to another bountiful but uninhabited Earth-like planet, to colonize, taking their loved ones, pets, resources and all the community's collective expertise and knowledge with us. If we also had some high-tech tools and machinery (the Australian 2011 one-season TV series Terra Nova (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1641349) is a good model), we might do okay out there.

(...but maybe that's a different thread! I'm not trying to emulate the Breakaway Civilization here :) )

Project Camelot videos brought me here as well. Thank you Bill for all that you do! I've learned so much since joining. Now I'm able to take some of the information I've learned from everyone to help me grow spiritually. I also do my best to try to pass on the information from others on here to friends and family.

You're not the only one left behind, don't worry they can't include us all, the list would be too long.;)

Good thread KevBoh, I myself found my way here on PA because of a chance meeting with Bill many years ago when I was a small boy. I remember seeing the project Camelot interviews and seeing & hearing a familiar face & voice , but it was more than that.

Some people just have a way & an energy about them that connects with us , its something that words cant explain & maybe one of the reasons we have found our way onto PA. Maybe we are trying regain something we lost & are trying to regroup .

Sometimes the forum reminds me of the sprit of the atlanteans spreading out over time & then trying to find each other in different ways.

So yes KevBoh & everyone else, count me in saying thank you to Bill & everyone on here including the behind the scenes crew.;)
