Personal experiences with ETs

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share some of my experiences with ETs and hopefully you can also share yours here so that we may find some common link between us and them, to help each other understand what the contact means for us and perhaps those with more experience can also guide us on the subject matter.

I have several experiences but the one that sticks out to me the most happened to me about 7-8 years ago. I was staying over a friend's place and he offered me his bed and he would sleep on the couch. I went to sleep at around 12 am and at some point in the night I awoke to the strangest feeling.

My entire body was vibrating like a mobile phone, from my chest outwards (this is the best I can describe it). I was startled by this, and I looked around me in a sort of panic trying to assess what was happening. As I lay there on my back, I look to my right and I see a glowing blue child-like figure. The strangest thing is that I can see "him" clearly yet it was as if I weren't using my eyes to do so as he was almost transparent and I could still see him with my eyes closed.

I was not frightened, instead I felt a wonderful sense of calm. I asked of him, "Who are you?" out aloud, and he responded telepathically "Don't worry. Go back to sleep." At the time, this was my first encounter with the sort and I thought better to play along with his rules as to not offend or aggravate him. However, I was so alert from the situation I could not possibly go back to sleep. Instead, I lay there on my back with eyes closed and just waiting for the time to pass as he walked around the room. Each step he took set off the vibrations in my chest. I thought this is where it came from, that feeling. And as mentioned, with my eyes closed I could see everything he was doing in the room.

The being stepped just outside the room and started playing with my friend's dog who was about 13 years old, mostly deaf, blind and suffering from arthritis. Yet the dog was bouncing around, making some noises and this continued for what seemed like 5-10 minutes.

I was astonished at how real this all was. I've seen "ghosts" before but they were quick glimmers here and there, and I usually ruled out that it was my imagination tricking me... But this time there was no doubting what was going on. There was no mistake that I was in a dream state of any sort as I never went back to sleep that night. I just waited for the morning and at the time I thought it was a ghost or something too, but over the years and with further experiences I came to the conclusion that this was no ghost, something very much alive and present.

So anyway, that's one story. I guess I should also add that there were no drugs or alcohol involved at the time of this happening, I never used. Also, no medical issues. I know from my own way of thinking that when someone writes about personal experiences like this, I'm skeptical and sometimes take it with a grain of salt and think about all the possible explanations that could explain it away. Even coming from me, this sounds like a lie or my talking up some strange imagined and exaggerated story - but no, this was as real as it gets and totally genuine.

Thanks for sharing. Most of the forum members have heard of my personal encounters you can check out some past postings if so inclined. The interaction/affect with the entity and your body is a little similar to when their energy contacted me. It happened more than a few times at t height of activity in 2011. When the greenish aura touched covered my hand and electrical static type feeling went down my hand and arm. The greenish aura surrounded and dissipated soon after. My eyes were watering from the amount of light type energy watching. It was amazing and it seemed that they were not totally into this dimension when coming very close, but at a distance of about 50-60 feet away they were observed in solid form.

I've experienced both sleep paralysis and an experience similar in nature to the one you have described in your OP and they are two very disinctly different types of experiences - one being awe-inspiring, the other being awful. Both inter/extra dimensional and both involving physical effects but that's pretty much where the similarities end, in my experience.

Thanks Rachel, could you share your experience? I'd love to see our similarities also... If not that's ok :) but yes I've experienced sleep paralysis also. Its scary, you can't budge, a nightmarish feeling ensues and you feel suffocated. In my OP it was the complete opposite, and furthermore there were other encounters of a different sort that kind of validated my experience. One was through an outter body experience which was incredible and left me with a sort of puzzle about our existence and creation, though I'm hesitant to share because it could offend some peoples belief systems.

good point, Sunny-side-up. This is my take on the continued SP saga:
Through the centuries of people experiencing sleep paralysis and also experiencing paranormal phenomenon while in bed, these two very different experiences have been painted with the same broad brush, to the point where now you will read that during sleep paralysis you may encounter bizarre activity such as seeing or sensing dark entities, feeling a great pressure on your chest, etc. This is inaccurate. The important distinction is that true sleep paralysis will not cause paranormal happenings, you may feel fear from not being able to move, but it soon passes without any remarkable incidents taking place.

So to reiterate – the kind of sleep paralysis that you can stay calm through and wait until it passes is not the kind that some refer to as 'sleep paralysis' where they see entities and/or are sometimes attacked by entities. When paranormal activity is present, you are dealing with inter-dimensional visitation. These beings have the ability to paralyze you and induce scary visions.
I say this as someone who has experienced both sleep paralysis and visitations where my body is paralysed; every case of what people call sleep paralysis is not actually sleep paralysis.

It’s a bit out there and lengthy but OK. :) What happened in my experience is quite different to what happened in yours but I see similarities in the nature of the experiences, I hope this makes sense to you.

It was early in the afternoon, about 3 years ago. I laid down on my bed and closed my eyes. My bedroom adjoins the inside entrance of our house. The wooden front door was closed and locked and there’s a screen door on the outside of the wooden door, which wasn’t locked. Almost immediately after I closed my eyes (not at all falling asleep), I began hearing beings coming through the front door, walk through the front entrance, enter my room and walk along beside my bed (on the side I was on, I was laying on my side with my back facing them).

I could sense they were observing me but there was no uneasy feeling of being watched and I was perfectly comfortable with their presence. At first I just kept my eyes closed and listened to them. I could hear (with my physical ears) the spring loaded screen door shut behind them, like they were physically opening it to walk through and allowing it to shut by itself behind them. I also heard their footsteps on the carpet, as they walked along beside my bed, as vividly as I would hear humans walking there.

I didn’t hear the wooden front door open at any point and the sounds were so physical that I began to be concerned that I had left the wooden door open and human people were entering my house. It doesn’t make sense that humans would do that but I wanted to check and make sure, so I opened my eyes and rolled over to look at where they were, beside my bed. I couldn’t see the beings but I couldn’t see human people either, so, satisfied the front door was locked as I previously thought, I rolled back over, closed my eyes, and continued to listen to them a short while longer, maybe 30 seconds or more.

This is where it deviates quite a lot from your experience. Next thing, I was suddenly somewhere else, still fully conscious (I was fully conscious all throughout this experience). My physical body was still on my bed the whole time but also I was still physically somewhere else. Hard to explain but it was as if I was in two places at once but both places were in the same reality, like the other place was part of an extra dimension to these three dimensions and what happened there directly and immediately affected (and could be felt) in my physical body here. I still don’t fully understand this, that’s the best way I can describe it, at this point.

Back to this other place. Do you remember the training spaces/rooms in the Matrix movies, where Morpheus would train Neo? Well this place was exactly like that and I also was trained in how to do something, I will refer to this place as the training space. I hope you understand, I will omit some details of this experience, one of them being what I learned in the training space. The energy of the training space was very warm and loving, I felt perfectly safe and comfortable there.

There was another being in the training space with me, he was like my training partner. The directions/guidance was communicated to me energetically by another source there in the training space. I could sense a number of beings were involved but the guidance all came to me as a series of energetic instructions from one source but not from any particular location, perhaps a collective.

The training space was pitch black, part of the training involved locating my training partner without being able to see him. Also, during the entire time I was in the training space, there was a song playing, about as loud as music is played in a nightclub.

Another aspect of the training involved physical contact with my training partner. Each time we physically connected in the training space, I felt the effect in my physical body, located in my bed (will refer to as 3D body). Each time I felt it in my 3D body it would cause me to be back in my 3D body. The vibration of my 3D body would rise and expand/extend quite a lot (a bit like a dimmer switch in my body was being turned up), and then the energy would recede back again, and then I’d be back in the training space. This happened a few times.

When the training was completed I went back to being just here in my physical body. I could still hear the screen door closing from beings coming into my house. I became curious as what exactly was going on there and as I focused on the sound of the screen door I went from laying in my bed one moment to standing at the end of my bed the next moment. I could not see any of the beings but could clearly sense and physically feel and hear them.

After a few moments of standing there and still listening to the screen door, a particular being caught my attention. Instead of walking, he kind of whooshed through the front door and entrance, stopped briefly at my bedroom door and then whooshed straight to me. He swiftly put a hand on my chest, which startled me and caused me to be immediately back on my bed, laying on my back.

I opened my eyes, looked out my bedroom window and was confused to see it was dark outside. I thought to myself, wow, how long was I doing that for? Then my HS telepathically told me to open my eyes again. I was confused but opened my eyes again anyway and then it was suddenly back to daytime. Sufficiently stunned at this point (but mind-blown and really happy), I then looked at my clock and 20 minutes had passed.

I didn’t see who or what the beings were at any time during that experience, it was like they were physically here, like we are, but invisible. I spent a lot of time that day attempting to process what happened and at one point was reminded of the song that was playing in the training space. I watched the music video on YouTube and both the lyrics and video were all about what I had just learned to do. Pretty neat. :)

I don't think my story will be a ground-breaking new idea or discovery but for me it left me at first perplexed and then a sort of happiness as things started to make sense to me about our origins (perhaps) or maybe not so much that but where our place is in this big fishbowl.

This story takes place in the summer of 2012 where I was out in my backyard and soaking up some rays, laying there in the grass and it was a beautiful day. I was listening to music and started to think about how a friend of mine told me it was possible to initiate an outer-body experience. I applied the method, first putting myself in a state of deep relaxation through standard meditation techniques and then pushed my mind outside of myself (hard to explain so i'll keep this part brief) and saw myself in full detail as I lay there on my front-side with my back to the sky. I could see everything that lay around me, my iPod, glass of water, and my back, inspecting some moles that I'd never seen before haha. What struck me though was this silvery/rainbow looking cord that came from the middle of my back and connected to my belly button. I tried to let go of my thoughts and just go with it, enjoy the moment and suddenly I began rising farther and farther away from myself.

The first stop was me in among the clouds, however it was a clear day - no clouds. As I inspected the clouds, they were not clouds at all, but what looked like millions of 'souls' all moving together and all in focus at one time. They all had a human shape but their features were indiscernible. Together they formed a mass which looked like clouds. And so this was only the first of several levels that I were to pass through. The other six or so, in brief were each unique and beautiful. Each was connected through a sort of winding tunnel. Some tunnels were dark, others were extremely bright and colourful, and they all lead to places that I cannot even describe by words alone. Many of them featured kaleidoscopic and rather confusing but enchanting settings where each physical movement would set of a chain reaction, spinning everything else into motion like a three-dimensional ripple effect, colliding with other ripples. This is the best I can describe it... but moving on.

What happened next was the show-stopper. I finally had the sense that I was no longer lost in abstract worlds or dimensions, no longer able to travel any further, I had reached a point where I believed was the end - the point where it seemed to be the "highest" of the several levels or dimensions that I had experienced. I somehow knew this, and then I started to feel like I was about to meet someone. The place was engulfed in white light. I couldn't see much in any direction, and I was laying on my back now, fixed to some sort of table. Though I could not move, I didn't feel like I was restrained. Here I thought to myself, "I will meet my maker." Suddenly my vision cleared, and from the pure white emerged four very tall, white figures standing over me and examining me. I could feel my heart racing and thumping away in my chest. I could feel so much love and compassion radiating from these four beings that it almost made me weep. I felt it would be rude to ask and validate my belief about who they were, yet they didn't reject anything from me and I just sunk deep into their incredibly warm and loving energy rather than pester them with questions. It didn't matter. One of them was holding a small white cube. He or she or it (I'm not sure) placed this cube on my chest, and it sunk into my body. I had one last look at them, and they looked back at me smiling. I am again hesitant to describe them for two reasons:

Firstly being that I had no doubt in my mind at the time that I was in the presence of what some people would call "God" yet there was no "God". There were only these four, and they did not claim to be anyone as such as there was no one as such, rather they had a presence of a loving parent, despite never seeing them before. The second is, it really doesn't matter what they look like yet at the same time, if what I believe about them is in fact a true understanding of them, then it may matter quite a bit. I don't know. Anyway without further adieu, here's how they looked.

Tall (I'd estimate about 8-9 feet tall), humanoid shaped. Soft white marble-ish coloured skin, very thin and skeletal. Large long heads, narrow at the chin and wider at the top. Large almond shaped eyes, at times very dark and at times bright, almost flickering like a flame. Does it ring a bell? Haha... they were ETs, and I guess you could say they looked like your classic Grey only much taller and extremely majestic.

So after this cube was placed in my chest, I was sent straight back down into my body, almost abruptly and I opened my eyes and I felt at peace. Just pure and simple, and very humbled by it all. My perceptions of what I experienced are my own, and I don't believe one thing or another about the nature of God or what we are to be truer or less true for each individual - this was just my interpretation and what I took from it was as such. My only point that I can take from this experience and share here is that it's quite possible that we are here because of them. And I'll leave it at that :)

This is the first time sharing this information with a forum.

My ET experiences have been profound and transforming in my life.
They all have been very positive and have catalyzed my growth in this life time.
The experiences were a wake up call to be at service on this planet. All this started 22 years ago.

My first knowing that I had an ET experience happened in the following sequence:
I had spent many months meditating for a genuine contact with ETs. I was carrying this out within a partnership relationship type foundation. I felt a strong knowing that ETs were real at the time without any expectation for an outcome.

It gradually started with a number of synchronicities within one month. It was when I was meeting people at various meet ups on my travels whom kept bringing up the name Pleiades or Pleiadians . I thought at the time this was interesting but it had no connection in my life until I got a telephone call much later from a stranger who happened to be traveling in Europe. I’m a person who always requires evidence because of my scientific rigour.

He asked me various questions by telephone about my interests regarding the Cosmos and other relevant items in relationship to this subject and more. Because we both resonated about the different aspects of this subject, this led to both of us eventually meeting up.

He told me he had traveled from the USA looking for me. I was astonished. I said what was the purpose? Before telling me, he had looked at a map of the world and sensed I lived in Europe and not in North America. . He had flown into Europe and traveled around four countries before he eventually finding me. It had taken him 2 weeks before he made the connections. My telephone number at the time was ex directory and still is.

He had asked a lot of people on route, in particular asking at stores and different shops in towns closer to mine on route. He found out through others whom new of me that I was living about 30 miles away in a remote location.

When he got to my house, the first 10 minutes was discussing different aspects of the cosmos again. He then asked me did I have an interest in ETI. I said I had a deep interest in it and that I had researched this subject matter out over the years.. He asked if he could use my telephone and speak to his teacher back in the USA. When he spoke to his teacher on the telephone, he told her that he found me in a remote location in Europe.

I then proceeded to speak to the person on the other side of the telephone. She told me that she got this communication about me. She was a sensitive channel for the Pleiadeans, saying my name in front of this man. She said the Pleiadeans kept repeating my name until she realized that their must be something in this name for him.to know....

She told me that the Pleiadeans had many spaceships above my country at the time and that I was to prepare for a future ET encounter(s) with them for a specific date(s). I asked her what the purpose was? She said it was to bring in a new level of awareness onto the planet.

She said that it was all in the timing and that this will unfold. She said their will be other individuals from other countries that will come together for these future events.

The story is long after this, but to say a lot of experiential training was required and I did have ET encounters in planned remote locations with other people that came into my life in extraordinary ways. The process is still on going.

After one of my encounters with another person, this time from one of the Indian reservation (USA) I found the experience had heightened my consciousness to the degree that it was having an affect on other people. For example, I was told that I was teleporting without even realizing it in embarrassing situations within the locations of other strangers.

The last ET encounter experience brought me in contact for the first time with a hypnotist. I felt it may be beneficial to know more about my encounter. I had never been through a hypnosis session, so I was rather apprehensive, but in the end I decided to do it. Just at the start about 4 minutes into the session the hypnotist screamed out and was bloodied. Her nose was bleeding and she ran into the other room to wipe her bloodied nose clean. I said to her I don’t think you are meant to hypnotize me. This had never happened to her in her 25 years doing hypnosis. We agreed and I finished up and left.

The very early days a few of us individuals came together and received precise timings when the craft would come within our location. We mentally projected the infinite sign and the craft responded with configuring the same infinite sign in the sky over some minutes.. This confirmed to us the relationship between the two parties. This evidence for me started to develop the relationship further with the ETIs.

For example, in one of the encounters I was put to sleep up in the mountains. The other person was watching the craft, but was paralyzed in trying to get to me or even to wake me up. The other person was transfixed on looking at the craft. When I woke up, I felt my whole being was hypersensitive and my consciousness was heightened as if coming out of some different time zone.. This either could be a situation that the craft is using some AC high frequency electromagnetic generator which affects humans at close range. (causing paralysis and sleep inducement) Or, I just went into the craft in subtle body. May be the vibration frequency was so high that I would have to be put to sleep. I don’t really know and it doesn’t matter.
I do know I have a clear run in this unfolding process to make the necessary changes on this planet, all under the radar so to speak. I do know and have met others globally over the years in similar situations quietly carrying out this type of work.

Since those first early experiences this has unfolded to advance work where we have had help from the ETIs in designing and developing an important technology. This help in the form of technical designing from the ETIs is filtered through at times whenever we are making the wrong parts. So it is a co creative process.

It seems that as things unfold there are times where you are put into situations in ignorance, where a scenario is set up for you to discover something important. The importance of that discovery then sets you up for the next process. This also requires spurts of effort, even though there are times you can be in the unknown, eventually the purpose unfolds with more clarity.

My perceptions of what I experienced are my own, and I don't believe one thing or another about the nature of God or what we are to be truer or less true for each individual - this was just my interpretation and what I took from it was as such. My only point that I can take from this experience and share here is that it's quite possible that we are here because of them. And I'll leave it at that :)

As for sharing my experience... (sorry it's a lengthy one)

You're welcome. :) About further contact; not like that, not consciously anyway, I refer to them as beings because I'm not sure they were ETs, seemed like at least some of them could be but I don't know for sure. I've also had a number of dreams in which I've learned stuff like I learned in the training space.

I've since seen humanoids with my mind's eye; one grey and two white ones. Seeing the grey was pretty cool, he/she was right up close, we were face to face and we were just looking at each other. I had recently asked to see them when I saw him/her. I saw the two white beings two days ago actually. They appeared to me in white jumpsuits with violet stripes down the side of them. They were both standing at a mid distance, I could tell they were communicating to each other about me, from their body language, and I got the impression they showed themselves to me like that to let me know they were ETs. I've seen a few different things in the sky; orbs and a golden sparkler looking light, low in the air and I've seen a crescent shaped light ship in the sky.

About the song, sorry, that's all I'm prepared to share about that experience, I get a clear sense it's important to be discrete about certain details, for now.

It seems that as things unfold there are times where you are put into situations in ignorance, where a scenario is set up for you to discover something important. The importance of that discovery then sets you up for the next process. This also requires spurts of effort, even though there are times you can be in the unknown, eventually the purpose unfolds with more clarity.

Totally understand about the song. I felt the same way about telling of what I saw when I had my experience of the creator(s). But at the same time I'm quite sure they would have anticipated it, so initially they appeared for greater reasons. As with the cube I'm not sure, but soon after (without any history in my family or relatives) I developed bipolar disorder, my first episode being about 2 months after this experience and it was a horrible depression. However I'm well on top of it now and I live my life as if though I never had it in the first place. Psychiatrists couldn't really pin what was happening to me because my patterns werent typical in the usual sense of bipolar, but they had to give it a name I guess so pharmaceutical companies and psychiatrists can stay in bed together. Anyway, I posted this story in a different forum last year and one person who claimed to have intimate contact with ETs said that they had a message for me through him/her. I'm not clear on the details, I'd have to read it again, however it was something to do with the fact that we are contained by 3 dimensionality and it's important to be grounded within it and not lose ourselves among other dimensions or states of being. The cube represents this 3D aspect and he/she perceived it as a gesture. To be honest this explanation didn't quite resonate with me, and over the years I've tried to explore what may be the idea behind it. To this day I'm still unsure but since that day, my whole life has been different. Not just the illness, but other interactions with ETs mostly through meditation. Early last year I was in constant contact with an ET who identified herself as a Pleiadian. This went on for some time, every night for perhaps 3-4 weeks. She showed me a lot of near future events in my life, many were random and what I thought of as insignificant, and many were profound and required me to do homework on the lessons it brought with it. She then showed herself to me after my request, and as a creative artistic type, I recognized her straight away from a drawing I had done four years prior that which at the time I felt like I was under some sort of influence as it took me only 5 minutes to complete without error and in a medium I'd never used for drawing. But anyway, her presence was always accompanied by a strobing light, and in that she would show me visions and images that spoke of a thousand words. I never heard her voice.
I seem to have gone on a tangent! But back to the cube, I almost feel like it set off an ability to communicate with other beings through meditation as it happens often. One time I even received a strong telepathic message that was unmistakably not my own minds chatter - it was as if I were in a room with another person speaking directly. The details of this experience and what was said is definitely not something I can share unfortunately.

I was living in Italy at a quite remote place and had a little farm. I was always interested in Ufos, ETs and unexplainable things.
Blue sky, sunny day-I was alone sitting on the rooftop of the building and sent a thought out into the Cosmos:
" I believe and somehow know, that you (ETs) are here, please give me sign!"
Remembering back, it was more like a plead. I really wanted to know it at that time.
White light appears in the blue sky, round shining ball! And I started to think...okay...go left, make a manoeuver, go right, go zigzag and all happenend.
Would have been 30 seconds or 2 minutes or so-I dont know. Then, I little cloud appeared it this thing went into and disappeared together with the cloud.
For me, it was a confirmation and I came to the point that disclosure is a very individual thing-as described in another post on this thread.

In the last 2 weeks I always wanted to post a dream experience, when I was like 7-10 years old. I always started to write down, but it never felt like "the right place" to do this and I deleted the whole thing.
It goes like this:
I am a kind of soldier on a stony and rocky dessert area, reddish-grey and a lot of people (half man-half machine, or more like...machine improved agility) fighting over something.
Weapons were coloured rays, blue-greenish and red I think, but . Humanoids figures. We tried to take a move forward and then it was out.

This dream was sooo vivid-as a kid, I didnt pay too much attention about it-why should.

The experience that you describe reminds me in every way of an "out of body" experience.
The physical body is asleep, yet another part of you is completely awake and can interact with it's environment.

The sensations that you describe, like the vibrations, the ability to see with closed eyes, it happened at night after being asleep and the strange person that communicated on a level of telepathy all fit the bill.

Many people (like me) spend years to train this ability to travel out of the body at will, some people just are born naturals and sort of roll into them as by accident.

Sleep paralyses is just a minor sensation that sometimes accompanies OBE's. The absence of one can not rule out the other.

There are many books written about OBE's and there exist communities of people who explore, investigate and exercises with it.
There are also many members on this Project Avalon community who are able to do it on a daily bases and write about their experiences.

Could I ask you what the most important thing is to establish contact with ETIs? I have found that through meditation I am sometimes able to catch the attention of an ET and there always seems to be a lesson in tow but no physical presence, just energy and visions.

Based on what I think is reality, the experience that you described in the OP could very well have been and probably was (in my view) just that. An up close and personal encounter with a life form that is not of this planet, though it might.

OBE's can occur in the dream/astral/emotional world, but also in the ether world.
The ether world is in many aspect a duplicate of the physical world that we know best and there is reliable information that suggests that most life forms in the Universe exist in the ether worlds and not so much also penetrate the physical worlds of solids, fluids and gas.

An OBE that takes place in the ether worlds is bound to the laws of the physical worlds and your description fits that. A environment that does not change, is a duplicate (or the same) as the one you know (your bed, the dog etc).

OBE's in the dream/astral/emotional world are often much more bizarre, because this place is highly thought responsive.

Any way, If it is true that many ET life forms exist in the ether worlds and do not penetrate the daily worlds that our senses are mostly attuned to, then I think your experience may well have been a meeting with an ET.

Chiming in on the face to face statement. What would a face to face do for you? I ask because for myself it remained a personal experience that will never be forgotten but in my heart wanted two other components. To capture evidence beyond doubt and to share with others. Had the video equipment but was not able to film in time. As fast as was was trying to get the camera rolling it ended. If the mantis behind the control panel stayed illuminated longer that video would be a huge step in disclosure and viral. There may be a reason for not letting experiencers capture evidence in that MIB or other official may come calling. So ask yourself an important question what is the motivation?

They pay me no mind.
Even ask other of they could help and again disappointment as they refuse to help.

I for one know i can handle different reality.
For one i remember well before this world were i was out of time.
Time existed all at once and did not exist.

Nature Intelligence is like meeting your partner. Because the partnership in co creating is between the human and nature intelligence.

When you create this partnership, you are not creating it with a tree or a rock or a bird. You are developing the partnership with the intelligence that is inherent in that tree, rock, or bird.

One of the first problems we face when we attempt to establish a co creative connection with nature is the assumption that nature intelligence operates and has the same properties as our own intelligence. Generally, this happens because the only intelligence we are familiar with is human intelligence and we have been made to believe that the only existing intelligence is human intelligence.

The biggest hurdle for humans in understanding nature intelligence is the habit of using human intelligence as the defining yardstick for the different intelligences in the rest of reality. Human intelligence is only one expression of intelligence. It is defined by the unique physical facility of human form through which human intelligence generally functions (brain, central nervous system and sensory system) and the overall driving dynamic of free will.

Over time I have been working with nature intelligence, I have learned that it is different from my own. It feels like a balanced power. When I am connected with this intelligence, I can feel that it is constantly taking into account my present state of mind and being. I can literally feel nature’s intelligence dynamic shift and adjust to me. As a result, I never feel overwhelmed by it.

You asked me to share some of my experiences that were relevant for supporting the ET contact work.

It seems that somebody supports every person if they truly ask. In the early days of the contact work, an acquaintance of mine asked me if I would like crystal healing. I went for a crystal healing session which took about 1.5 hours. In the session I got visions while in a meditative state. One of the visions was of a person that was walking down the side of a local mountain with a rock in his hand.

He looked southern Mediterranean in appearance which was unusual for this part of the world. I told the crystal healer about this vision and then I drove off to stay the night at a friends house. The next day I was in a town that I wasn’t familiar to me. I walked around the town for about 20 minutes and came across a bookshop. I couldn’t find the book I was looking for and decided to have a coffee at the far end of the bookshop.

When I entered the café area there was the person I saw in my vision. Although I was startled, I got my coffee and sat down in front of him. After a few minutes talking I decided to tell him that I saw him in a vision yesterday while having crystal healing.

I told him what was in the vision. He said he was Italian and his name. He was a sculpturer of stone work. Every two weeks he would come into town with the latest sculpture to sell. From under the table he brought up his latest sculpture. It was 18 inches high and depicted the two fishes, (ying and yang) ie. the balance of the universe. This was the confirmation and proof that I had to do something about this visual experience.

When I got back home I telephoned the crystal healer the story. He was astounded.
He said that he would help me to develop my visualizing skills. This actually took about 6 weeks. This tool of visualizing was so important in the ET contact work that was unfolding. This was an additional tool I used successfully.

In my contact experiences I have always had the evidence that it is real, not just the inner exploration experiences but the external ones, which for me with my scientific hat is important. So I am using both left and right brain. ie. linear and non linear thinking. I hope that helps.

I gather that there needs to be a common ground that links human and nature's means of communicating such as a simple yes/no or PKTT which was the example used in the reading I did. So basically, how do you go about it and what is to be expected? Sorry I'm totally new to this.

Everything was achieved with my energy and intent, even the physical aspects. Here’s the most important thing I learned that day – love, the state of love, being love, giving love, are the most powerful things we can do/be. Love is powerful beyond imagination. Love will restore humanity to its former glory and more. Love is the key to our grandest and wildest dreams.

Good question, I wondered about this a lot. There was already a loving bond between us. The bond was strong and pure and could be felt as an attraction. I have a knowing that we do know each other but I can't remember from when or where.


How do you eminate love?

I just stopped thinking, felt the love and to give it I just opened myself up to it and allowed it and reciprocated. The methods themselves were all very elegant and simple, I think the challenge was to be ready and up for it. As a human (as opposed to being just a soul/spirit) I can be quite guarded and reserved, any reservations or fears interfered with the energy and hindered my senses.

I think I know what you mean by when you say there was already a loving bond between you, I felt the same way through my experience where there seemed or felt like the love emitted from the beings was that of a loving parent despite never (to my knowledge) having met them before. Though like you also said, in a human form or body this feeling can become harder to flow through due to barriers be they fear or reservations etc. So in our day to day mode, this becomes a challenge. I also think such barriers are necessary though to protect ourselves... No, they didn’t directly show me how to apply it in every day life but I naturally began to apply it afterwards. For example, insights (like the relationship between matter and energy) from the experience have a had a big influence on how I see reality.


I also think such barriers are necessary though to protect ourselves... Many people will take advantage of you given the opportunity, there must be a balance to all this or perhaps a way to love but be aware that it is a double edged sword.

I used to give a lot of energy to people who were not open to receive it. I didn’t understand the importance of being open to receive and how that works, which resulted in a lot of wasted energy.

Regarding putting up barriers: sometimes maybe, it depends on the situation but, rather than putting barriers up, I try to just avoid wasting energy or participating in conflict (a work in progress). I find physics a helpful guide with that, are you familiar with the terms constructive and destructive interference? In case you’re not, a brief explanation -

When you take a pebble and drop it in a pond it creates ripples and you can see the waves of energy moving out through the water. When you drop another pebble in the water the ripples (energy) from both pebbles become entangled.

If you take two pebbles and drop them in a pond at the same time, from the same height, the two sets of ripples will overlap and create an interference pattern. The ripples will get bigger where they overlap. This is what’s termed as being in phase, which creates constructive interference.

If you take two pebbles and drop them from the same height but one before the other, the ripples will cancel each other out where they overlap (one wave is up while the other is down). This is what’s called being out of phase, which creates destructive interference.

I've paraphrased Bruce Lipton from his Biology Of Belief (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=82ShSNuru6c) lecture (begins at 17:10 on the video).

The ripples in the pond are like the waves of energy we give off and although we may appear as separate in physicality, our energy is entangled and can’t be separated. So I apply that to interacting with others and ask myself; are we enhancing each other or cancelling each other out, is this creating constructive or destructive interference? If it’s destructive then I figure it’s best to let it go and move away from the situation.

I am a little bit late here because I am not sure that some of the beings that have chosen to interact with me are ETs in the traditional sense… For instance, a human looking time-traveler appeared successfully in my house one night, after trying twice… So was he an ET? I don’t know!!!

From my personal experience, you definitely had a ET encounter because you mentioned that your body was vibrating like a mobile phone, and you were not sure that you were seeing with your physical eyes. A longtime ago, I used to know when the visitors were around because my body would vibrate as you described. Now, I don’t even notice, I just go to sleep unless they want me to know that they were here. The other thing that is interesting in some of these contacts is that some senses (i.e., sight) seem to be enhanced. For instance, you can clearly see in a dark room; and sometime you can even have a 360-degree peripheral vision…

I have had several ET contacts, and I have learned to accept them as part of my life. Most of these contacts are related to my health, and have been beneficial to me. This specific contact happened about 10 to 12 years ago, and I did not initiate it… On this specific night, I was sick and went to sleep in our guest bedroom. I woke up in the middle of the night because there was a bright light coming from the eastside wall of the bedroom. This light changed into a big screen that was about 8 by 12 feet in size. This screen looked like a big TV screen, and on it 12 human looking beings appeared and the one who stood in the middle started talking to me telepathically. I knew that there where 12 people because in my mind I wondered how many people were standing in front of me. I saw a “12” flashed in the top left corner of this big screen. The being who was talking to me told me that I was number 13.

He then proceeded to tell me that the group was very concerned about my health and that is why they came to me. He told me a lot of things that I don’t remember. I was allowed to ask some questions but I don’t remember anything. Then, I had to use the bathroom and I did; and when I came back to the bedroom the meeting resumed as if I didn’t leave. Then, he told me that they had to “clean” my blood. So, they submerged me in a big container that almost looked like a Jacuzzi. At this point, I was in the guest bedroom and in the screen at the same time. I could see a brown color liquid leaching out of my legs as the fluid from this big container was getting inside my body through osmosis. This washing stopped when there was no longer any leaching, and afterwards this experience stopped.

This example of ripples makes sense to me thank you again for sharing :) Just thought I'd ask though, does this support the old saying though that opposites attract? The destructive interference example reminded me of this, for example: one person being an introvert and the other an extrovert. Would this refer to the cancelation effect or do we have to look deeper at the energies. Like let's say they're both opposites in personality and traits yet they're both good people who based on their complimentary attributes have a bond of some sort. On the other side, there could be frustration between the two because they have their own views and ways on how something should be etc. So this could be the root of wasted energy. I know its a lot more complicated than mere ripples when looking at human behavior, and simplifying thus can leave things open ended but, again, at the same time it is in our nature to overcomplicate things too. What is your stance on this?

Thanks for sharing your story. It's good to see that I'm not the only one who experienced the vibration sensation. I'd also say that from the best of my knowledge and experience, ETs also come (in purely superficial and physical appearance) in human form. Sometimes they are even much taller than the average person. I've heard accounts where human-looking ETs ranged from 7" to something ridiculous as 10" and what you may have seen could have been a Pleiadian, who are have a Nordic appearance and are typically quite beautiful. They're commonly described wearing light blue or white colors.

Anyway, your story is truly amazing and it's great that there are those out there who are looking after your health. You must have an important role ahead of you or something because though there are similar stories of healing between ETs and humans, not everyone is so lucky. Perhaps if you are as they said "number 13" you might have a strong connection to them somehow that you are possibly unaware of. Do you know the relevance of being number 13 or were they purely counting the people in the room?

Piotrcloud, no, from what I understand (which, admittedly, is rudimentary) destructive interference doesn’t support the opposites attract adage. Also, in this context the analogy is being used to compare the value of the effect, rather than the cause.

I agree the effect of people interacting is far more complicated, it’s infinitely more intricate, complex and dynamic than the interaction of energy between two pebbles being dropped in a pond. I wouldn’t say I have any particular stance, it depends on what’s appropriate for the situation, however, when it comes to details I’m generally only interested in enough details to give me a clear enough picture to be able to complete/resolve the task/issue at hand. For me, I find it helpful to simplify things, for when I’m a bit heady, at such times I tend to get caught up in the details and can’t see the forest for the trees.

I have a couple of questions for you, do you experience much paranormal activity? I do, it’s escalated quite a bit over the past few years. Not scary, most of the time, but what’s interesting is they sometimes physically affect things in my environment. For example, the other day someone I couldn’t see sat on my lounge, which is leather, and I could hear the leather moving like when we sit on it. I looked over and couldn’t see any indents in the seat. Another example, the day after, someone strummed the guitar. I was in the same room and looked straight at the guitar when it was strummed, it was definitely not one of my family members who did it. Perhaps it’s because these experiences open us up to being more sensitive to other dimensions or maybe there’s more ED/ET beings around, or both. I’m just wondering, have you also experienced an increase in paranormal activity? I’ve read about that in other people’s accounts of being contacted by ETs.

Thank you so much for the kind words. I have indeed given some serious thought about these interactions, and I really tried to figure out why they happened to me; so far, I have not been successful in that. However, these experiences have made me very humble, and I most certainly appreciate them because I would not be here today without the help of the visitors... As far as me having an important role ahead, I really don't know... I walked away from everything some 12 years ago...

Talking about the vibration sensation, I think that the ETs increase the vibration energy of the environment where they intent to interact in, including the people in that environment. It is this increase in energy that makes people vibrate like mobile phones as you correctly described. Conversely, some very high-energy ETs/beings have to lower their vibration energy (or increase their density) so that they can interact with earth humans. In so many words, these ETs create an intermediate-energy "world/bubble" where they can interact with highly energized earth humans. In these intermediate-energy worlds/bubbles, the ETs can do things that do not obey our conventional laws of physics. For instance, they can make people go through walls, or they can molecularly dis-assemble an earth human in one spot and re-assemble him in another one...

I don't know if the 12 beings that came to me are Pleideans. I remember that they are big, about 9 ft tall but I don't have a clear idea how they look like because these interactions happened in intermediate-energy worlds/bubbles where reality is different from our 3D world.

I don't know much about numerology, so I have to confess that I have no clue about the meaning of number 13. As I recall, the being who talked to me gave me the feeling that the group had 13 members including me; and I could see myself in these beings who were standing right in front of me. It was interesting to be in two places at the same time. It is a little bit confusing for me because he also told me "you are 13th". If you have an understanding of numbers, can you tell me what is the meaning of number 13?

As for paranormal activity, at a young age, about 9-12 I could see auras. Especially in those who had a presence or greatness about them, or teemed with intelligence and compassion. This however stopped when I hit the age of 12, and I don't know why. Probably puberty lol. Anyway, other things that occurred were seeing ghosts, especially around the age of 16. I recall a time at around that age where at 3:30pm on a summers day I ran into my room and per my usual routine threw my bag down and as I did, I noticed for a brief second or two a young girl in a blue dress with dark hair over her face kneeling in front of me. Some weeks later my younger sister and her friends threw a party and performed used a Ouija board to contact spirits. I was not present, however she told me that they were asking questions of a girl who said she was familiar with someone in the house. At the time of my early teens most people knew me as Peter, and my sisters friends barely knew who I was but some of them did, only as Peter. My real name is Piotr, and anyway when they asked who it was they knew, it started to spell out my name. When my sister saw the letters P..I..O..T.. she immediately flipped the board and ended their little game. She, I should add, was not one of those participating.

I have also had small encounters here and there that aren't worth mention however when I turned 23, I went through some sort of spiritual transformation. Suddenly everything seemed different. Everything seemed connected and I was overwhelmed by it all. Some of my experiences listed in this thread come from those times, and since my out of body experience and seeing an ET, I have been seeing various ETs in meditation. At one point last year I was in constant contact with one that claimed to be a Pleiadian, her name sounded like "Savannah". For three months we had communicated and she showed me near future events that would also be followed up by day to day visions that would unfold before me and me knowing they would happen about an hour before. She taught me a lot about "oneness" and she never really spoke in words, instead she used images that would speak of a thousand words. It all ended abruptly after one last vision of her with her back to me looking over her shoulder at me and pointing to the sky. That was all she left me with and I've never heard from her since.

Around the same time though before I met Savannah, I also received a strong telepathic message from somewhere. I was meditating deeply. I began to feel my spine tingle all the way to the back of my head. It was silent, yet when this happened, the silence intensified for a brief moment and a loud voice said three words to me which I cannot repeat. It was in a voice that sounded robotic with a lot of static, yet it was super clear and super loud and unmistakably real. This I thought was a true telepathic moment and I've never experienced anything like it... I thought to myself before, "how would one distinguish a telepathic message from one's own internal chatter?" Well, you know for sure when it does, you have no question.

So... Since Savannah's disappearance I stopped meditating until late last year when I picked it up again purely for relaxation and to look inward instead of outward for ETs. My experiences of late have been mixed. Sometimes nothing special, other times I see a variety of beings. Nothing consistent and nothing solid...

Anyway hope this answers your question. In short, paranormal activity ceased and ET emergence began. My psychic abilities changed from being able to read tarot cards to being able to actually see the near future (though this has somewhat declined lately).

You seem to have a good grasp on the situation and humility is a great attribute to take away from your experience. I don't know what the relevance of 13 is however if there were 12 of them present, and their wordsbwere exactly "you are 13th" then it may mean something about your relationship to them as it suggests. I don't want to make any assumptions on what that could mean but heck who knows you could unwittingly be one of them in a vessel called the human body, experiencing our 3d reality to learn something in this life, as I believe we are all doing. An interesting book to read is "many lives many masters" by Dr Brian Weiss, which explains how souls travel in family groups and await each other at each new life, among other detailed accounts of what happens in death and life... Super interesting and it is based around a psychiatrists sessions in hypnotherapy with a patient that at first recalls her past lives and then other beings begin speaking through her, detailing what the afterlife is like. I recommend this book highly. It makes so much sense.

One more thing... Very recently, let's say the last few months or so, I've noticed that if I focus on a particular thought, anything, could be someone's mood for that day all the way to stuff like money, it would manifest. Eg. when I have someone in mind and I think of them in a light where they are happy, joyous and smiling etc. that day when I see them, they are ecstatic and brilliant. I do this with a particular individual who is fixed on negativity mostly. Another example as mentioned before, if I imagine myself flipping through say $50 notes in my hand, that day I receive significant money from somewhere. I don't exploit this however, I just test certain things out, I don't wish to be greedy or manipulative, just exploring myself. There are also moments where I would manifest outcomes of events between two people, for example my friend overseas had just broken up with a girl, and he took it pretty hard. I imagined the relationship between myself and my partner, and then my friend and this invisible woman. I focused on the love and affection between us, and went over and overnin my mind visualising ourselves, then back again to my friend and said invisible woman. That very day he tells me he's met someone new and I thought it was great but then a few weeks later he shows me a picture of her and the girl looked almost identical to my girlfriend. He is now in a committed and brilliant relationship with her and very much in love.

Anyway these are some examples and I thought I'd share them with you. I'll leave with a quote I read somewhere but can't remember the source.

Thank you all for your contributions to this thread. I really appreciate you all taking time out to share your thoughts and experiences with me. I hope more people can add on here too, the more the merrier, and I'll always add to that too, I love this topic.

Today I had a special day. I meditated and found myself completely opening up to receive thoughts and energies that were not my own. My ego disappeared and I was an observer, a conduit, a channel. I discovered a lot about myself and have made peace with and understand now what has happened to me over the last 27 years. I don't quite know how I did it, but I had lots of help from other beings who I shared a special connection with. I then was instructed to jot all this that I had learned down in writing, so I did. It seemed to flow through me like I wasn't in control of what I was writing, and it seemed coded at first but I read over it once finished and there was so much detail and so many inputs from various beings that I'm still grasping (trying to at least) and come to terms with it all.

I'll say one thing from all this and that is, which I learned from the various beings today, that we are truly not alone and we, at the precise and right time are doing what is needed for learning to unfold not just for us but for everyone that is connected by a web of consciousness, trying to express itself in every way possible in order to simply be. There is always help and guidance along the way, and to understand our path in life we must look inward and refocus on what's truly important. So basically, trust in the process and reflect on the lesson, then move forward to the next lesson with an open mind and an open heart. This is one surefire method to become closer to being whole.

I've just started meditating again in the last year and mainly it's right before bed so I fall asleep lol. But you guys have definitely lit a fire under my tush to get myself back into it and do it a little differently than I have been. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not looking for an et experience per say, I just want some clarity of my purpose and meaning. I know only I can give myself that.

I do like what piotrcloud posted about meditating on positive feelings and things for others. I'm in a spot where I've never been so "without", money wise and peace. My family is mess. I just feel like I can't dwell on my own crap, and it would be selfish to sit there focusing on my grief and what I want when maybe I can help someone else. I'm always happy when I can do something positive for someone else. :)

In my last meditation as mentioned I hit a point of openness that allowed me to receive rather than just pump out energy and thoughts and manifestations. I found this more useful and really I think only once you've looked after yourself can you look after others otherwise its the blind leading the blind and its not a selfish act to be prepared for what you need to do to help. As a method I can go through a simplified way that I begin the process of "receiving" in meditation.
- count your breaths from 1-4 and get in the zone of the Now and turn your attention to yourself and all that is inside. Feelings, thoughts, focus on posture and prepare for phase 2...
- Ask. Openly and clearly ask for something, and how you want to receive it, focus on that. Imagine yourself as a beacon for those to see your energy and tap into it.
- Be patient with yourself and the process, eliminate ego (imagine yourself objectively, looking from outside in and try to drop all your predispositions about something, whatever your question is. Trust that there is a process that the universe needs to do to resolve your query or request.
- And finally, remain calm because you could be hit with anything from a vision to a tonne of information all the way to a sensory encounter. And remain focused but don't interfere with your personal beliefs on what's coming at you, just be an observer.

That's my method anyway. There's no right or wrong way just explore and try different approaches and see what works for you. Trust that you're on your way to something greater from your discipline and dedication to yourself. Then project the love outward.

So I have another story I want to share and maybe someone can hopefully make sense of. Im kinda reaching out here for advice or an explanation. The following could be purely psychological, something I don't understand well enough or it could be something more. You decide, but I'm confused. Anyway...

I turned on some music which goes for 30 minutes before I meditated yesterday, it was just one of those meditation music clips from YouTube. I sat down and sunk into it, closed my eyes and really took in the music. After what seemed like only 2 minutes, the music had finished.

I thought there was about to be an advertisement interrupt the song like some clips do but there was nothing. I checked the song and 30 minutes went by. The weird thing was that at no point did the music seem interrupted or spliced together from one point to another, just the continuous rhythm, it was seamless.

Might not sound like much but it almost feels like some sort of time travel happened. It was in the middle of the day so I didn't fall asleep or was tired and I was really focused in my meditation so I wasn't distracted by anything.

Anyway, thoughts/advice/input all welcome.
