Spot On!
This represents the people. We have not all been dumbed down. We do not all parrot propaganda narratives.
Coalesced intentions (our Divine will) will triumph. I envision this with great feeling.
"A breath of fresh air."
Thank you for sharing.
Blessings of mental freedom for all,

There are some barriers that I see that Andy must overcome:
1. Name Recognition - does he have the sophistication and backing for a PR campaign?
2. While it seems half the US population believes in ETs and UFOs, time travel with Obama might be hard for (I would guess) 70% to wrap their head around. If you don't buy time travel, he would seem like a narcicist nut thinking for more than 20 years he would be President.
3. I have felt that the presidential elections are fixed at the machine level. If Andy is not the favored son of those in control, how can he win? I even think the pre-election polls are fixed so we need some kind of guerilla exit polling.
4. If you do buy time travel with Obama, then what influences has Andy been under as was Obama, once identified as a future President?
There has not been a sorrier collection of presidential candidates in sixty years. It has been so vacuous as to be a surreal cartoon, attracting only pro lefties and zombies (sorry if I offend any fellow Avalonians as I have not kept up with campaign threads). It would take a situation this dire to make voters open to the possibility of a pre-identified presidential chrononaut. I have to say, Andy has my attention.

While I found stuff that significantly conflicted with the overall theme in the proposals, there were some great proposals present on that list, which cannot be denied.

a reminder: Bush Jnr, Soetoro (Obama) & Andrew were told on different occasions, that they would become President, based on data gathered using the time-tech (which included Project Pegasus).
In summary: the time-tech defines probability ... so if a fool like Bush Jnr made it to office, as well as a foreign national like Soetoro, I would say, at face value, Andy's chances look pretty good so far !

Andy2016 is all over Facebook with a group for each state. So far it is mainly young students and old hippies who are in support from my completely unscientific perusal. That would figure though, less programming.
According to his website his campaign has filed in every state which you have to do well in advance. It is cheap, usually free, but paperwork! And voters have to write in his name exactly as filed or the vote won't count. Which I guess means they need volunteers at poll places with handouts. Martian costume optional.
I helped with one presidential campaign (Ron Paul) and it is quite brutal. You would be amazed how many voters had not even heard of him very late in the game. Can you imagine cold-calling or approaching people on the street with a Chrononaut Candidate? Still I intuit that there is some energetic in aid of this that will overcome the usual campaign drudgery and skullduggery. Fascinating.

This is what I have been waiting for. Finally, at last, there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Some nice positions but I still think Nobody would be a better President. That is who I am voting for.

Who exactly, if anyone, can confirm that Basiago is actually who he says he is, and if he is really TPTW's candidate for POTUS?
The last I read about him, it seemed more likely that he was indeed being mind-controlled, but apparently also very much misled.
(In any case, plans can change...)
His alleged photos of objects on Mars seemed to me to be the product of a delusional mind.
Basiago as POTUS sounds extremely unlikely to me, however unprecedented this election may be.

This is a fair observation. I wonder how crazy anyone would look though if they really had been told they were going to be President and actually had jumped to Mars. He would have greater credibility in this area had he described Obama before he became President (perhaps he did but I am unaware if he did).
Also the field of current candidates are so bad it seems it could be engineered. To me it is Theatre of the Absurd although I have just experienced the Trump Bump on another thread so some folks take it seriously. Maybe it's just me.
How would you go about vetting another 'from nowhere' candidate as not being controlled?

I don't think that's even really necessary in Basiago's case.
All you would really need to do is show the unverifiable claims he has made and his alleged Mars photos to the public and I think he would quickly be deemed a non-candidate, so as to whether he is controlled or not would be a moot point.
In any case, anyone in politics is being controlled by someone--that's just part of that very orchestrated game, from the ground up..

I flipped through all 100 proposals and wanted to cry. Not only did he check off every needy element to make our country great again but he spoke to all of our hearts. I did not know about the St. Lawrence River thing. That was ominous.
