With all the crap that's been and being perpetrated by the scum, sucking system upon us this cretin john olliver should know better. But then again if your grasping for comedic gold what you usually end up with is tripe like this. It's a real real penis breath.

A problem is there are so many untrue, implausible and fanciful conspiracy theories out there that disintegrate with even the most cursory research and give ample ammunition for sneery, piss-taking turds like John Oliver.

What the naysayers are saying is that they accept the mainstream news as they receive it minus any real critical evaluation. If there is one positive thing to come from those who create conspiracy theories, it is that they at least cause one to think. And if a conspiracy seems to make reasonable sense, it should cause individuals to contemplate how quickly and readily they accept media output.

And as Project Avalon continues to ably point out, much media output has already been demonstrated to be not only questionable, but heavily managed and spun. The term "conspiracy theorist" is catch-all phrase used to dismiss criticism of the state. The mainstream media - the voice of the state - now refers to any disagreement with authority as a "conspiracy theory."

People - especially those doing well financially - simply cannot accept how corrupt our leaders are. It's far easier to laugh at those pointing it out.

I am going to make a conspiracy video about how John Oliver is an Illuminati backed Reptilian controlled psychological operation designed to dumb people down and make them laugh at stupid ignorant crap. Actually, take out the Illuminati and Reptilians - John Oliver is a psy-op to make people laugh at crap. End of story.

I'm afraid I couldn't summon up even a giggle.
I just felt an uncharitable hope that he eats those words someday, and it tastes a lot like one of those awful Cadbury eggs, dredged up from a very deep rabbit hole

...and spiked with something extremely hallucinogenic that will open his eyes to the truth about what it is to be a "Truther".

...and I agree, he should know better.

oh come on lighten up a little gang... as conspiracy theorists we will always be a target... but it was pure fancy... he was just making fun... and it was a total parody... it didn't even make sense...(LoL!) ...I loved the pure "non-sense" aspect of it all... and there is a lot of crap out there... those "flat_ _ _ _ _ _ _ s" (you know who.... LoL... The movement will always attract a lunatic fringe... and we will always have to live with that... and I am perfectly fine... I have no problem ripping apart someone's BS if necessary or defending my own interpretation with logic, truth, evidence and appeal to authority... that's what make the difference between good research and troll crap...

Like all things on the internet... intelligent people will always find the truth... that's how it works... nothing can stop intelligent people asking questions, putting together the dots and applying logic and uncovering real deceptions and lies and rooting out the truth... it's an ongoing dynamic process... and I think a good dose of healthy skepticism is a good thing... as it is in science, business, law, and many aspects of everyday life...

the conspiracy movement is alive and well, and serious thinkers will take no harm from it... a little levity is in order...
He was just making a joke... I guess I have a thing for brutal satire...

I like John Oliver but this felt slimy to me. A low blow to those who try to expose true conspiracies. Sure there a lot of crazy ones out there but don't undermine all the conspiracy researchers in one fell swoop.

Well I really liked it.
I know to differ between fake and real for most of the time. I just follow my gut and my senses.
So I take it as it is - Entertainment.
We live in a sh*t world where the dark side wins many times because the mayority of people don't give a sh*t.
That's why I enjoy those kind of things. To laugh from time to time.
Otherwise I couldn't stop crying.

Touch down Bro.
I agree with you.
That's black brittish humor.
I'm loving it.
Started with the series "The Red Dwarf" "The young ones" Bottom" etc.
Just great.
