View Full Version : Large Sea Creature in the Thames, or some sort of submarine?

I just caught this on the London Standard website.

Intriguing capture on a mobile phone of what looks very similar to pictures of the Loch Ness Sea Monster!

To me it looks like a massive whale of some sort, but I am not aware that whales swim up rivers like the Thames.

What do you think it is?

Looks like you might have the answer, although it looks like a larger one than the 5 metres mentioned in that article. Also, if you read the article in the Standard, "experts" say they can't explain it strangely.

Looks very large both in height and length but hard to gauge on such a short clip - sure there must have been other observers though ?

Whales go up rivers all the time, we had to try to get it back out to sea by making noise from the boat. There were 5 boats involved in the operation, it worked.
