Recent capture surprises

At first thought it was a single pulsing orb but it turns out different. There is some unusual traits associated. The center pulsing light which is normally red is brilliant white. It turns off and then back on at the end. It also changes location on the object.

There seemed to be like 5 lights around that one bright one? Very interesting.

Don't know how far you were from these lights, but it could be possible that your neighbors may have been doing drone exercises. Not uncommon these days. My husband has a small little drone and it can go really high. It lights up, has several different colors and has a pulse light in the center. This video is not very good, but it sort of illustrates the concept.
