Last night I accessed Christ Consciousness. This morning I followed it up with some reading on the nature of it, as through other persons' experiences and it checks out. The following link is what I found to be highly accurate in the depiction and instructions for accessing Christ Consciousness:

It may seem arrogant to make such a statement (depending on the individual) but it was definitely genuine. I won't make a huge post about it, rather I've decided to make this thread to allow for any questions if one chooses to ask on the nature of my experience and what was learned. I'll answer any question as best as I can. I'd rather you make up your mind on the legitimacy of my response, and by giving you the free range of any question in my view allows me to cater to your desired knowledge and skip reading through an essay that potentially has no end, and pluck out one aspect.

I've decided to do all this out of love, and to where possible help someone achieve what I did last night. It was a real eye opener and game changer. I believe it to be progress and I'm all for progress.

So, if you have a question fire away. If not, I wish you all the best along your personal journey.

:)

I've heard that 51% of the human population has to be service to others for the planet to ascend. Thoth claims that a majority of the ancient structures created over the ages were ultimately designed to accelerate us into Christ Consciousness. If I recall correctly they extent in a Fibonacci spiral from the great pyramids in Egypt.

I don't think it is 51%, but a "critical mass" in a sense, must be reached. Due to the different mechanics of love and fear, much less than 51% is required - however those that claim to be STO (or as I like say STA - Service To All - more accurate) must be so 100% of the time - they must be transformed and must be somewhat influencial, and they have to do that with hard work on their own - there are no major shortcuts, except perhaps to strengthen a willingness to let the "self" go. It doesn't need to be dissolved, it just needs to stay out of most decision making processes. For example, when you are getting ready for a fancy night out or whatever, "looking good" will indeed come into play. ;) "Looking good" doesn't serve you to dictate all your interactions, but it can sure help spiff you up when you need to be. :) Keeping the ego in its rightful place is goal. This will allow a "higher self" (or whatever you want to call it) to shine through.

Just as a disclaimer, although I have stated this many times, I see "ascension" as a psychological shift in the masses more than anything. While it doesn't sound like much when put "that way", even a small psychological shift in the way humans, en mass, interpret their world around them, will have massive implications for us all as a species (and the planet and all Her species in turn). We will be then prepared for the "next level" of the human project -- as I like to label it. :)

Picloud...When you say the nature of your experience, was it visual?, audible?, did you feel anything within your body and by body I mean any and all connecting parts of a body physical, spiritual, third eye?

CD7,

My experience was multilayered. It began with simple meditation beginning with information interpreted on the sensual level, then transformed into a focus on the state of consciousness that is often referred to as the minds eye, detached from sensory information. From there on a new transformation had to take place to merge with the Christ consciousness. By a guiding light, that is within us all, which manifested itself there in that minds eye, I followed the path into ascension. To achieve this, everything had to be constructed by the mind to form an intent to carry my consciousness over into the next phase - Christ consciousness.

Great description of your experience picloud....'Christ Consciousness' is a title and the wording does mess with me personally with its associations with religion. Could this consciousness also be associated with a type of ALL encompassing source that is in and around everything? Like the Sun in a spiritual sense making everything thrive on levels unseen...

Ive experienced things on different levels and have definitely tapped into something ...what to call it well who knows?, could be many things...

My most Spiritually Deep experiences carry no words...so they become difficult to describe...yet when a person taps into something that no food, drug, alcohol, best "life' experience can compare too!--relaying it becomes difficult...

Experiences are rewarding and encouraging but the standard suggestion is to look at who is having the experience--Experiences come and go but the one "experiencing" does not.
Ramana Maharshi suggested the question "Who am I?" as a way to reveal the True Self.
Who is this "Eternal Self"? You are That.

The Nasargadatta book "I am That" is one of the most profound spiritual works and worth investigating.

Christ Consciousness is another term for Enlightenment.

Chris

Ps you can have an experience--a taste of enlightenment but that's not the real deal--which is the permanent realisation of Self.

It is an illusion to think that if one were to taste it often enough and long enough they will eventually eat the whole thing.

Not so, for each taste is the same taste over and over again. Reincarnation anyone?

This so Joeecho

Having been round the block a few times I can identify with the joy of experiences-- they sure made me feel special.
ACIM says "specialness is the last refuge/resort of the ego"
Its all to easy to get stuck in looking for experiences--been there.

Be still and know that I am God.

Its just a question of being quiet--being still in the moment.
Just letting what ever happens --come and go without self-identification, as in "my" experience.
To make true progress its a question of Not this, not this"

Its a process of elimination.

I am not a bass guitarist--that a function--that is enjoyed but not what I am.
This can be applied to any label, function, action.

Slowly but surely everything that is not Self is released.
Belief systems--concepts--etc all go.

Best wishes to all aspirants.

Chris
