The way the movement patterns are forming, it doesn't look like airplanes movement patterns. The lights are not like airplane's lights either. And the poster mentioned the camera is a night cam.

In my opinion, they are infact planes.

After first viewing the video, I thought they were UFO's but after a couple more viewings and checking the movements against the time counter below.
They do infact have typical aircraft landing and take-off patterns.

Sorry to be a downer but its right there.

BTW, The time counter has a very weird pattern to it. Taking frames from 10 seconds right upto 3 1/2 minutes in some cases....

As someone who lives in LA, I think it's probably just planes.

An easy way to test that theory would be to compare that internet video to more video from that location at the same time on a different night (or even during the day).
