The last reversals thread I started got a lot more responses questioning the validity of reverse speech. And I realize there are many on the forum that are not Jeff Rense fans. Regardless of your stance, you may manage to find this show interesting.

One thing I am pretty sure of is that a man can live with a homo-sexual man without being a homo-sexual. I found that part odd. Is Rense a homo-phobe? :confused:

Record an audio of whatever you want the reverse speech to say in a demonic voice and say it was reverse speech.

Thing is, with any of these clips, you can go get the original recording on your own and confirm the reverse speech embedded in it. I've done this a couple of times. I don't think it's fair to write off someone's research with such a broad stroke like that. If this is all a hoax, it would have to be much more sophisticated.

Not a hoax, I'm sure. But the problem is that of pareidolia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareidolia). That's that we see (or hear) what we're expecting to — maybe because of cues consciously (or unwittingly) suggested before one sees or hears the sample before us.

I've NEVER ONCE been able to make out anything at all from 'Reverse Speech' — unprompted.

But if I'm told what to hear... then I can sometimes kind of hear a highly distorted something or other. But only if I'm TRYING to make it fit, and already have an expectation.

The test should always be 'blind'. In my strong opinion, there's never really anything there. I appreciate and respect your sincerity, but I'm certain this is a fantasy-perception of patterns that are a product of someone's imagination, which then are agreed with by others having been 'front-loaded' (as the remote viewing term goes).

Maybe you could analyze the reverse speech of one of my own interviews (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFP5hOux4UY). I'll tell you if it's for real or not (because I'll know for sure what I was saying, and why :) ).

As a footnote, I also wonder if it works in other languages. Has anyone tested that out? (But of course, because this is about the perception of patterns, something that humans always look for, patterns can probably be found.)

Edit to add: you could do a genuine test here with Avalon members. Upload a short clip of reverse speech audio. Do NOT post what it's meant to 'say', or what you personally think it does. Then ask readers here to share what they think they hear (or maybe PM you, so that what people each 'hear' isn't openly published immediately, thereby avoiding influence). That'd be a valuable little experiment, and very easy to do.

Ris - you can or have to take some of Rense show with a grain,IMO. He is marketing his alt. site after all, but I don't see any reason for the cause of your confusion . Rense is just describing the facts on the two republican candidates. Dunno. Rense is disgusted by the two Republican candidates Cruz and Kasich but homo phobe? It's their records that speak volumes reverse or other wise. I wouldn't shoot the messenger here.

Here's my attempt at finding reversals on the May 2011 interview that Bill did with Inelia Benz, who was new on the scene at that time (at least for me). These are the clearest out of the ones that I found.

Keep in mind I'm a total amateur having passed David Oates beginner course, and I only have the ability to find the simplest and most obvious reversals.

It would be best if you 'right-click and save as' for each mp3 link as you'll probably want to replay them a few times. Each mp3 has the reversal at the beginning and the forward/normal speech at the end. The clips are really short; only a few seconds each.

Thanks Wide-Eyed. He really went after the gay room mate thing so I wasn't sure. I choose not to jump into the reverse speech thing or the Jeff Rense show. If I can learn how to do it someday I will reverse speech myself. Then maybe I will finally figure out what I am thinking. A couple of the reverse speech recordings above seem consistent with the real words so there could be something to it.
