Personally, I think this is just another fake distraction. The link I provided above is the Army Times web site talking about the event, The 100th Anniversary of the ROTC program. I believe this is fake news.

Hello, Aoibhghaire & Jean-Marie, thank you for these posts. We must admit it does sound shocking at first, but it seems it’s just a misunderstanding and the terms are widely used in the military with another meaning. I bet other Avalonians already heard of this before. This site explains it:

”Both of these are terms [“hybrid armies” & “little green men”] are being used by the military to mean something other than aliens. “Hybrid armies” is actually referring to the mix of conventional and non-conventional nature of many of our enemies. For instance, some of them are non-state combatants, or terrorists that do not belong to a recognized state, like ISIS.These armies might also be using a mixture of tactics, such as an army that includes cyber warfare. It is a new term, but essentially represents the complex and non-traditional makeup of combat forces.
So what about the “little green men?” These are the forces that were seen in the Ukraine that they are believed to be Russian special forces. They are Russian forces deployed in Ukraine and Crimea, but they wear unmarked uniforms and drive unmarked vehicles. Russia has denied they have deployed these forces. It has been a strange case of everyone knowing who they really are, but their identities being officially denied.”
More info here confirms that the term is indeed used in a military context: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_green_men_%28Ukrainian_crisis%29
So I guess, now we know! :-)
Though, in truth, it's probably more disturbing to hear about war and armed conflict among us humans than hearing about aliens…

Anything you see on TV or film that is mind boggling, has been in a think tank somewhere and experimented with. It is the order of the elite agenda. They would not encounter imagination without a good college try at what it could possibly do for service to themselves. That said, look at what is on the screen now with robots and mind controlled concocted ghoulish beings. We are amazed at the technology they drum up with time travel and how the marvel comics are no longer just animation any longer. It isn't little green men to be disturbed about, but the robotics and the ability to clone monstrosities like dinosaurs. Did you watch Jurassic World? When scripts are in the hands of big name directors, you can count on it was approved of by the elite master minds.
