It is and it isn't the truth, these wordings of the seal and the walrus, alex. At times like this it is necessary to rework how we are being sold a narrative, whether or not the talkers are aware of how manipulated they are. It should matter how the dogs of war are put out to wreak the damage they do to life itself, even if the millions and billions of dollars are easy money for them put out to pay for it all. When you understand soldier-speak you begin to see both the mental 'cleansing' drug their shoulder to shoulder advisors purposely inject into their college curriculum, the mind numbing lie, (ethnic 'cleansing' as an evil mind-***k to describe murder and genocide) and the truth itself used together. Though peace is a truth that you can find in almost any military unit, the very thought of what it takes to think that far ahead as to the consequences of your actions is always suppressed by the use of words that restrict thought when in any military. They never teach those complete truths in any school in the west, not do the narratives of most insiders and researchers contain those truths, but they should.

How could anyone whose thought is guided by the soul, connected to the best humans have to offer each other, accept that the people who engage in creating war live within a department of defense? Calling it a department of defense is as offensive a lie as calling a political killing extra judicial, when there is no justice at all, let alone extra or more, in killing someone as a matter of military convenience, even a fellow member of a country. There is nothing defensive about creating war unless it is in defense of someone's continued ability to reap profit from murder, suffering, and endless war. The thing about implants is they are not needed to mind control someone. Everything can be done remotely using directed energy weapons(electromagnetic mind control). May 10: There will be a “great reset” of the global economy [1], either later this year or sometime next year after the war. Therefore, President Obama could justify postponing elections until ALL U.S. citizens with voting rights have a means of voting remotely, via absentee ballots and/or online voting using smart cards (e.g., chipped cards that have yet to be issued). It would take ~6 months to issue smart cards en masse.

Friction between Turkish President Erdogan and Europe is over ~3 million Syrian refugees that Turkey is currently hosting [3]. The expectation is that the fragile agreement between Turkey and the rest of Europe will collapse, unleashing millions of immigrants throughout Europe. Europe will likely be further along the transnational terrorist attack scenario timeline than the United States and will lead an effort to move a military coalition with the United States into Syria and Iraq to take out Daesh (ISIS/ISIL). Once that transpires, the world will be facing a full-blown clash of civilizations scenario, the likes of which has not been observed in modern history. The United States also has a nuclear terrorist threat to contend with since Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia will be aligned in this next war, and Pakistan will be willing to share its nuclear weapons with its partners in time of war. It should be an interesting next 12 months, to say the least…on a separate note, Low Energy Nuclear Reactions (LENR) technology has gained a foothold in Congress [4] as outlined below:

DIA has also assessed that Japan and Italy are leaders in the field and that Russia, China, Israel, and India are now devoting significant resources to LENR development. To better understand the national security implications of these developments, the committee directs the Secretary of Defense to provide a briefing on the military utility of recent U.S. industrial base LENR advancements to the House Committee on Armed Services by September 22, 2016. May 3: The dangers posed by nuclear weapons and nuclear power plants pose an existential threat to the entire world. Nuclear weapons could end the possibility of a sustainable ecosystem that would support human life. There is a dozen or so nations that possess at least a few nuclear weapons today, many of which are not tracked by the international community. The raw materials for these nuclear weapons are nuclear power plants. There are a myriad number of possible sources available to meet our nation’s energy needs. “Dirty” nuclear power need not be one of them, so the only logical explanation for the continued use of these nuclear power plants is the ongoing production of nuclear weapons materials. Recently, there has been increased chatter about possible earthquakes along the West coast. Large earthquakes have transpired on all other continents along the ‘ring of fire’. The Cascadia Subduction Zone is one such high threat zone that could knock out the coastal region along the Northwest states. The New Madrid fault seismic zone is also well known from a series of massive earthquakes that occurred in that region of the United States over 200 years ago. With the United States suffering from a weakening dollar and fragile economy, a massive earthquake in either of these areas, or a large earthquake in the Los Angeles region along the San Andreas fault zone could make it impossible for central banks to intervene in a manner that would stabilize the U.S. economy.

Why is there so much chatter about earthquakes today? There has been a recent uptick in large earthquakes in recent weeks in multiple locations around the world. An earthquake in one location seems to trigger earthquakes in other regions of the world. This phenomenon also plays into the viability of nuclear power plants. If the grid in one region of the United States were to go down for an extended period of time due to a large earthquake, the nuclear reactors in that region would have to use liquid fuel to maintain cooling capabilities. Otherwise, the fuel rods would melt and result in another Fukushima or Chernobyl. Such events were supposed to be nearly impossible when nuclear reactors were approved for wide-scale use decades ago. Now that these reactors are aging without new reactors online to replace them, they are serving as ticking time bombs. There is a history of cover-ups when it comes to nuclear reactor accidents and the impact that a reactor meltdown would have on the surrounding communities. One example is the Santa Susana Field Laboratory, where cancer-struck workers were denied compensation “in order to keep the danger posed by the nuclear site to nearby residential areas out of the public eye” [1]. Another example is the inability to find safe storage sites for nuclear waste, which serves as “one of the biggest impediments to generating more nuclear power” [2].

​April 26: Judicial Watch reported on April 14, 2015 that an Islamic State terror group operating only eight miles from the U.S. border near El Paso, Texas [1]. Today, Judicial Watch presented a more comprehensive look at just how pervasive ISIS operations have been in the Mexican state of Chihuahua near El Paso. An ISIS operative, a Kuwaiti named Shaukh Mahood Omar Khabir, is "training thousands of men - mostly Syrians and Yemenis - to fight in an ISIS base situated in the Mexico-U.S. border region near Ciudad Juarez" [2]. Khabir stated that "the border that separates Mexico from the United States is so full of free zones that I could come in with a group of men in a few hours and kill thousands of people in Texas or Arizona" [3]. "The Mexican cell has managed to import small arms, ammunition and even devices for air targets directly from the former Iraqi arsenal of Saddam Hussein" [4]. "For more than a decade the U.S. government has known that 'Arab extremists' are entering the country through Mexico with the assistance of smuggling network 'cells', according to State Department Documents. [5]. Domestic terrorist attacks will further compromise critical infrastructure sectors and force the Department of Defense to coordinate military operations with Europe, as Europe will also experience domestic terrorist attacks that will inevitably be traced back to Daesh (ISIS/ISIL). When will these attacks begin?...within a matter of days to weeks in Europe, and shortly thereafter in the United States. Sweden is already on high alert after reports were received stating that ISIS militants have entered the country to target civilians [6]. One month ago, security officials told The Associated Press that "the Islamic State group have trained at least 400 attackers and sent them into Europe for terror attacks" [7]. With all of this known, instead of blocking the influx of Syrians into the United States, the U.N. is pushing for up to 100,000 Syrians being relocated to the United States over the next few years [8]. From a political standpoint, it is now impossible to avert domestic terrorist attacks against Europe and the United States.

April 19: Major health insurance carriers such as UnitedHealth are withdrawing from Obamacare [1]. China has pegged its currency to gold instead of the U.S. dollar today [2]. Also, slides 93-95 outline when the most disruptive changes that are expected to take place and in what form. This is a process that will take several years before a new equilibrium is established. This process will be expedited by escalating conflicts that will converge into a clash of civilizations scenario by the end of 2016, involving all of the major power brokers on the planet.
