It's difficult to put this one in any specific area as it is financial, political, health, history, and so on, all rolled into one.
Let's look at who Bayer, as a corporation - is.
Bayer is one of the original founding cornerstones of I.G. Farben. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IG_Farben)
I.G. Farben was the industrial manufacturing machine of the Nazi empire.
I.G. Farben, was supposedly disbanded, torn apart, in 1945-46, just after the war. In reality, it was so complex- so big -- so interlocked and infiltrating... that it was not until approximately the year 2012, that it was fully dissolved. So, yes, from 1945 until 2012 to dissolve a multinational huge corporation. That's how widespread and big IG farben was (still unfolding, still spinning, still spreading, after the war--and the problem of having to deal with the, uhm, er, 'underwriters', which will be explained). So now, it is gone. Apparently.
On paper.
For example, Bayer became Bayer, again, after the war. Same people. The critical part.
The Nazi empire that controlled the underbelly of the situation during the war, was active after the war and alive in the reinvigorated corporations, which were brought back to life via investment in them..consisting of some of the Nazi loot. The Reich Command...which was in hiding and had never surrendered or signed any wartime surrender documents (surrender documents were only signed by the German army, navy and air force--there was zero Reich presence)... was back in business. Literally.
'Big Pharma' (combined with fascist interests in the USA that financed the Nazi's before and during the war) and Agriculture, after the post war period... brings into life things, like..oh...Monsanto. (describing the connections and people and how ----becomes a book long affair)
We come to the modern day, where Monsanto is in danger of being sued into non-existence and being shut down via protest and awareness. Monsanto is US, as far as corporations go: "Monsanto Company is a publicly traded American multinational agrochemical and agricultural biotechnology corporation". (from wikipedia)
Then comes the TTIP agreement --- which the deep state and fascist/oligarch/corporate interests of the USA, and other countries, are going to do their best to force into existence.
In the text of the contractual obligations for the TTIP agreement, is the right of corporations to foist themselves upon other countries, and the given foisted upon countries (the people) are forced to compensate the corporation for not taking the given corporate agro/bio/etc poisons or life destruction, as they (given corp) may want/desire to foist it upon the given country (population) that is external to their given 'corporate offices origin point' (corporate country of origin).
I.G. Farben, that Nazi underbelly original cornerstone corporation, in the form of Bayer...wants to buy it's wayward idealist spiritual half-child --who seems to be taking a few slaps in the public schoolyard--- wants to bring Monsanto into the fold, in Germany (a specified country in/of the TTIP)....JUST as the TTIP western trade agreement is about to go live, when it is about to be forced into existence, outside of the public will and awareness.
The TTIP, in a total defacto open way, gives corporations control of outside countries, simply by the given corporation applying to the given TTIP counsel, that it has suffered some form of corporate butthurt.
Within how the TTIP works...a small council of a just a few people, behind closed doors, are obligated to make judgements according to how the agreement gives rights to corporations..and give that corporation compensation and judgements that favor the corporation over that of the life, interests and future...of the people of the given lands.
What this means is that this nightmare machine of death and destruction, known as Monsanto, somehow, on the verge of finally being shut down.....would be integrated into an original Nazi chemical and agro cornerstone..by the name of Bayer...and then the TTIP comes on line, and the USA, Canadian, French, whatever country that is external to Germany..... would be FORCED, literally, to take everything that Monsanto/Bayer puts out..... and compensate Monsanto/Bayer for losses (from any form of rejecting Monsanto), at the same time.
