THOUGHT THIS IMPORTANT, IF IT TOOK 10 YEARS TO BUILD THIS, HOW VALID ARE THE STORIES ABOUT TUNNELS ACROSS AMERICA THE MONEY THAT IT TOOK AND THE TIME MADE ME THINK.

Earlier this week, the new longest tunnel in the world was completed. The
Gotthard Base Tunnel started in 2004, and travels underneath the Swiss Alps for
35.4 miles. The cost of the project was just under $10 billion U.S., and now it
is finally done, though it won't see its first passenger trains until next year.

The Gotthard Base tunnel was constructed some 2,000 feet below an existing 10
mile tunnel that was opened in 1882. In addition to accommodating more trains
through the mountain range on its two parallel one-track tubes, the new tunnel
is rated to handle a whole lot more weight. It can handle trains up to 4,000
short tons, more than twice that of its predecessor.

To dig the extremely long tunnel, miners used an army of mining machines three
stories high and over 1,200 feet long, drilling from both sides. They finally
met in the middle in 2010, and the last bit of track was laid down on October
31st of 2014.

The next step is to begin testing the tunnel's ventilation, communication
infrastructure, and of course the tracks along which trains will barrel at
speeds of up to 150 miles per hour. The testing begins in October and if all
goes well—so far it has; the project has suffered no large delays—the first
passenger trains will blast through it on June 1st, 2016. This is one tunnel
you'll have no hope of holding your breath all the way though.

What makes you think that the Swiss had access to the same tunnel-drilling technology?
IMO you can't easily compare public projects with black projects.

Black projects and many other stories seem to have a purpose , to make us feel powerless, that they're too big, for us to stand a

chance and that the powers that be have complete control and we are doomed. [doom porn]. I don't know what technology they

didn't have access too to build this tunnel but it's all i have that is documented. The rest is conjecture we have no proof of the

black project stuff, but it controls us . Imo there is a lot we give them credit for, that can't be substantiated and they bet on that.

They skew our perception with these stories and we act accordingly . The nuclear tunneling machine was patented in 1972 i would

think the swiss had access to this tech. Yes, they could be far ahead of this now .

Here's how:
http://projectavalon.net/FAQs.htm#5

Re the tunnel-boring machines in existence, there's a ton of evidence that the advanced technology used by the military/intel complex to create large (and extremely long) tunnels really fast is as compared to what civil engineering contractors use as the TR-3B may be (e.g.) compared to the space shuttle. :)

I've been told (and I readily believe) that there's a tunnel under the Pacific connecting the Western US with Australia. That's about 8,000 miles (13,000 km).

At one mile per hour (as the nuclear tunnel-boring machines are purported to travel, leaving a glassy, smooth, solid, fit-for-purpose finish behind them), that'd take just just under a year to complete if the machine was operating 24/7. Easy.

That would be 88 feet (26.8 meters) per minute. Or almost 1.5 ft./sec.

That's fast

These time factors are based on public accounting... public funds have to be paid, and all of it recorded... all in the public... and of course all "conventional technology" In my city they take years to do projects, because they treat it like a "job generating project" (and they are super cheap and want to make sure they either hide the real cost, or do it so slowly to avoid the huge cost of rushing it... (not sure which yet... but I know they are both corrupt AND super cheap!)

Alas if there is a black ops military funded high technology government, they live in a different reality, where time and money costs barely exist... (and I believe Phil Schneider... he gave his life to share his truth...)

Note the patent is dated in the late 70's. This film establishes that they have made good progress with the initial patent. Early on the Subterrene could bore 7 miles per day. As would be expected, it is speeding up. What we do not know yet is the size of the bore. From the scant pictures I have seen it looks like a 30 ft diameter hole can be bored. Is there anything solid remaining after the bore has created the tunnel? I don't think so. No large fleet of trucks seen going to and from the bases. So it seems to be a very clean bore. Just clear the air. Now That is one hell of an invention.

Also, the black budget has been rumored to be more than what Congress budgets to the Pentagon. All off book. No checks or balances. Not seen. It's the food that funds the DUMBS, Secret Space Program, etc. The Pentagon has admitted to "losing" over 9 trillion dollars since 2001.
