Aaron Russo: America - Freedom to Fascism

This documentary by Aaron Russo is quite telling about how the USA has slipped into a condition of fascist dictatorship. He raises valid questions about the collection of income taxes, about election voting fraud, about the manipulation of the media, etc. Aaron has passed away since this video was made but it is his lasting legacy as a wakeup call to the American, and global, public:

I once tried to do a little research on the internet to verify or discredit his claims about whether congress set up the necessary authority and legislation for the IRS to collect income taxes. The Sixteenth Amendment to the U.S. Consititution made is so collecting income taxes was not unconstitutional, but I could not find where legislation was passed to give the Department of the Treasury the authority to set up the Internal Revenue Service. There is legislation on the books where congress has adjust the tax rates.

I am not saying that it's not there - just saying I haven't found it. But if it does not exist, and Aaron Russo is correct about something quite extraordinary.
