This should be a lesson to any free energy inventor out there:
Attila Alperen, Founder & Chairman of a free energy company, seems to be very lucky in promoting his free energy devices.
His energy group, ALPEREN, is starting to enter the international energy market with Free Energy devices.
But, something does not add up...
In July there were some very promising news:
“Attila Alperen, Founder & Chairman of the company, just returned to Korea from his native Turkey, where he signed an agreement for a license order of 35 MW, first part, up to 600 MW of power generated through his TurXator technology
Alperen principally envisions starting out with a 2-5 kW generator for home power, producing that much continuously.
Other sizes and applications of the technology will be developed later on, such as a 15-20 kW load-following generator for home power, able to handle peak load for most homes; larger units for distributed power to businesses and industry.
Alperen will be accepting applications for licensing, beginning in Turkey, EU, USA, Korea, Japan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, and some other countries that are ready to implement this technology and related infrastructure..”

This was the right way: Decentralized, autonomous units and outside licensing.
It WAS.
Because Alperen wanted to go big, VERY BIG, and then you will have to compromise…, isn’t it?
“Alperen said that they presently are contracting for 85 Gigawatts of energy generation with several countries.” (That's like 40 Hoover Dams, or 80 nuclear power plants).

At first this sounds very good, until you go into the details of the new strategy:
“He said that they are not dealing directly with potential licensing parties any more, but that agreements must be done through the Turkish Government's Energy Minister's office. And the Turkish government will only work with other governments.”
Now this has become an exclusive Gov to Gov deal!
But it gets better:
“He also said the Alperen™ Group doesn't sell or license the technology to be built. What they do is establish power purchase agreements (PPA), and then finance and install the plants themselves.”
There will be no free energy technology sharing etc..
They will just provide the energy from their high security plants for you to pay for it.
If you want that, then do the following:
“Interested PPA parties sign non-disclosure agreements (NDA), negotiate a PPA, then view/validate the technology, then seal the PPA, which are between 20 and 25 years in duration.”
ALPEREN seems to have now access to unlimited funds, or at least enough to built the 85 GW plants:
“He said the Alperen™ Group is not interested in receiving donations, investments, or partnership proposals. All they are looking for are PPAs with those who want to buy energy after getting approval from the Turkish government…”
So what will be the price:
“He said that though they could provide power much cheaper, they are presently negotiating with providers who can pay around 40 cents per kilowatt-hour.”
This is nearly 10 times the price paid in the market for conventional energy!!!
This is a very clever strategy:
It is not about prompting free energy, nor is it about building a profitable business (at present).
This seems to be an Illuminati foundation stone:
1. You monopolize and control a free energy technology
2. You build up energy production capacity
3. You mothball the project by overprizing the energy until the time has come…
4. You allow only very high level deals, from Gov to Gov.
5. You will be able to ban any other form of energy generation because of pollution, CO2 etc…
This should be a lesson to any free energy inventor out there:
FREE ENERGY HAS TO BE FREE!
If you fall into the trap of commerce, then you will be lost!!!
