Hello fellow truthseekers,

The following is an animation that I created a few years ago that may interest the community. I also started the following thread that may be of interest: http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?91384-Music-For-Truthseekers-A-List-Of-Artists-Albums-And-Tracks

CE3 (The Lonnie Zamora Incident) (Animated Re-enactment) (Excerpts)

These are excerpts of an animated re-enactment of the Lonnie Zamora incident I created in late-2009 as a personal project. What prompted me to create this was the animated re-enactment featured on the Nick Cook documentary 'UFOs: The Secret Evidence' (2005). Even though a good documentary, the UFO in the re-enactment looks nothing like what Lonnie Zamora described and what was documented by field researchers such as Ray Stanford. Rather than being disc-shaped, the object was egg-shaped - and this is how I have modelled the craft.

For educational purposes only.

Very nice mate, great work. A slight modification you could make would be to the 'insignia'. There have been rumours for a while (on the Ufology grapevine) - not sure if 100% accurate, but worth bearing in mind - is that Zamora didn't allegedly provide the real insignia design to the media, but a mock up that was similar but not accurate. The reason was similar to how sometimes law enforcement do not release all the details of a crime scene. It was hoped that other witnesses would come forward with the same design, which would hence corroborate his account.

This is the fake insignia alongside the genuine one - as originally described by Lonnie Zamora.

Thanks a lot for the post. When creating the animation I was confused with what insignia to use so I ended up using the one most commonly illustrated. The insignia issue is also mentioned in the book Socorro Saucer (https://www.biblio.gs/book/3995-Socorro-Saucer-The-Closest-Encounter-Of-Them-All) by Ray Stanford. According to 'Appendix A : An Obfuscated Red 'Insignia'?' Zamora initially described the symbol as "una 'V' invertido con tres liņeas debajo" which translates to "an inverted 'V' with three lines underneath". Some people thought he meant that the three parallel lines were horizontally across the inverted 'V' though others thought he meant the three parallel lines were below the 'V' instead of across it. Apparently Dr. J. Allen Hynek at one stage referred to the one with three lines across and then the one with the arc later on.

The blog UFO Conjecture(s) (formally The UFO Iconoclast(s)) has some interesting posts about the insignia. One of them is here: http://ufocon.blogspot.com.au/2013/06/again-socorro-insignia-or-symbol.html

Speaking of witnesses apparently there were 13 witnesses altogether (11 visual and 2 auditory). Just before the craft landed (when Zamora saw it), a car with a family of 5 tourists witnessed the craft whilst on the highway traveling into Socorro - the craft was flying so low it almost took the roof of the car off!

Most excellent. You've a future in B movie, sci fi soundtrack development. ;) Very cool. This account always intrigued me, from many years ago to present.
