That is some Final Destination stuff right there.
Tragic for sure.
I thought he did a good job in Star Trek.

Hummmm...joining "The 27 Club" sounds like an illuminati sacrifice.

His name anagrams exactly to "halcyon in net". Make of that what you will.

I liked him in Odd Thomas he was a good actor, so sad. A strange way to go. Would not be suprised if this was done by star wackers. Youth and promise cut short before his talent could fully flower. In fact from what I remember about occult sacrifices the date and the type of person killed has a significance and an energetic link in order to empower their rituals and influence (Robin Williams, Michael Jackson, Prince, Whitney Houston for example )

The Coming Robot War Is Our Fault in Short Film ‘Rise’
Speculating what will cause our ultimate demise has been the stuff of science fiction for years—if it’s not aliens wiping out the human race, it’s probably robots.

Each of us leave when it's our time. Hard to say which are "natural" causes these days, but at least he's not suffering. Still seems a bit sad.

I nearly had a serious car accident yesterday, as well. Blanked out for a moment, and went through a red light. Just as the other traffic started rolling. Which I barely avoided hitting.
This full moon is intense. I'm feeling it right now, with little sleep in the past two nights, but not feeling too weak for it. Buzz buzz buzz....
This full moon is happening on the summer solstice for the first time since 1967.
Which was the summer of love and the peak of the anti-war 'nam protests, and then came the downturn into NWO having really seen the dangers of human freedom for it's fascist oligarchy..and organizing itself into a perverted 'anti-freedom' war machine directed at the wealth and future of the rising awareness of the middle class American.
Astrologically, it is a similar peak again. Complete with the summer solstice and the full moon convergence. 49 years apart.
If you miss it this time, you may never see freedom in this world again. Wake up god damn it.

His 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was under voluntary shifter recall. The article states it was in neutral when it rolled into him.

All these new cars can be hacked from afar, they're just one big computer chip, I wouldn't be surprised if it was yet another modern day sacrifice.

Well ... yeah. The police report says that the vehicle rolled down a slope and into him after being left in neutral. Normally putting an automatic transmission into neutral isn't a good idea unless you require your vehicle to free roll.
The new Chrysler shifter isn't "broken" or flawed, but it does require you to push the shifter multiple times to get from drive to park -- one for each intermediate position - so you have to push the shifter forward three times to get from "D" to "P" -- like paddle shifters, but a "stick" version.
Coming from a regular style auto transmission I can see how this causes many people to put their vehicle in neutral when the driver believes they just put it into park (one click up from "Drive" is "Neutral").
It is a tragic accident, a very clearly and easily explainable accident. Chrysler needs to get rid of those shifters! (Hence the voluntary recall I suppose)
Unlike traditional automatic transmission shifters, the ZF shifter in Fiat Chrysler’s vehicles (similar to shifters found in other new vehicles like the BMW 320i), returns to the same position after each driver input. There’s no physical “park” or “drive” gear lever position, only a light that changes from D to P.
In addition, there’s a warning chime if the driver-side door is open and the engine is not in the “park” position. Fiat Chrysler says all this still wasn’t sufficient feedback for drivers to know what gear their cars were in, so “some drivers... exited their vehicles without first selecting ‘PARK.’”
