Now, reports of suspects not being in custody, no one found yet... earlier report of black snipers in custody.. things are fluid at the moment.

This could get messy, regarding police being turned into military units.

To add, the drive to disarm the public via the avenue of a fever pitch in the US congress and senate, to get overwhelming support for gun banning bills.

You just wait, I expect to see a perfect Bill introduced, one dusted off and pulled out of a desk somewhere, something that was put together years ago.

Like the 'patriot act' (typical fascist doublespeak), which came out of nowhere, a +1000 page omnibus that just somehow appears out of nowhere..a totally perfect power grabbing tomb built to perfection. Which would have taken YEARS to perfect in wording and design. Yet it appears on the scene almost immediately after 9/11, and was introduced within, what was it...two weeks after 9/11? yes, just checked, it was signed into law on October 26th, 2001, yet would have taken lawmakers YEARS to build.

It will also take the heat off of any backroom arrangements to try and finish off the crowning of Hillary Clinton as the forced heir apparent for the US presidency. Just when the entire situation for her, re the FBI directors' grilling on Capitol Hill for letting her off the hook--is about to hit the fan. Those calls for a deep and full investigation would hit the news and the public full face and full force, for weeks on end..... just this coming MORNING.

Since 9-11 society at large in America has developed a pallet more tolerant for racism.
At first it was introduced via a crack made in the collective unconscious when 9-11 was blamed on Muslim radicals.
So immediately it was socially acceptable for hatred to be expressed towards middle easterners.
This reactionary anger was calculated in my opinion.
It was then some how redirected towards our nearest neighbor, Mexico.
One of my best friends is of Mexican decent, and I couldn't believe the racism I would see directed at her on a daily basis, especially around 2005 and 2006.
I suppose I really see it here in Arizona.
And then we have the divide between whites and blacks.
This was media driven in my opinion, and started with the Trevan Martin incident.
And of course then we had the Ferguson Missouri incident.

Sure African Americans have always had it bad in so far as law enforecement is concerned.
But now, it is like a subliminal program of fear has surfaced for white police officers and they are shooting African Americans out of this media driven fear.
Is it subliminal on the radio? Is it in the movies we watch? Is it flashing on our screens as we sit at our computers?
I don't know, but I freaking see it.
As a white male, I see a distrust from African Americans in passing I'm not used to seeing.

Sure this country has had race problems for it's entire existence, but I have honest to God been of the opinion that things were getting better through the 80's and 90's, but things have seemed to halt and go backwards. And it is seemingly at the hands of white police officers shooting unarmed black people, those same police departments and the judicial system not punishing those officers and the media which acts as an antagonist and adversary to peaceful relations between races.

This all feels very orchestrated.
I do not know about this shooting being orchestrated, but the present relations climate in terms of differing races feeling comfortable with another seems to be under attack.

Look I'm with you on the "pulse nightclub", "sandy hook" and we could probably agree on a host of others.
But, there is an orchestration taking place, driving irrational distrust to a fevered pitch.
And the distrust is only irrational on the part of the police shooting unarmed people.

You are presently engaged in BELIEF, you believe this is an orchestrated event, and you have your mind made up before we have been exposed to all of the variables. My only suggestion is that we exercise caution, and rather than jump to conclusions we allow the data to percolate before making any assumptions.

Let's hope that this can be turned around, not advanced full steam ahead into a totalitarian police state.

Something like police peace marches where all the cops in the march are unarmed. That would be a good way to begin a turn around.

This will be difficult to do, as there was a methodology quietly begun many a year back in the USA, in general and all over the USA... where people of higher intelligence were turned down by police forces, when they applied for a job to become police officers.

This is possible to be seen as the creation of a dumbed down police corps, overall, in the local police forces and the overall state of affairs of all US city and state police forces. This creates a universality of limited intellect and limited world view police. This will bubble their (police officers) overall intelligence in reach and range... and make them be of a gang mentality... instead of being thinking and caring peace officers.

It makes them zipperhead soldiers, and this was the dangerous thing purposely done via the quietly enacted hiring policies. Policies which became ubiquitous in all of the USA, in local city and state police hiring criteria.

Look it up, this is indeed true. The eventual situation would be as it is today ----the police as nasty evil gangs.... has come into being, VIA this dumbed down intelligence range hiring policy.

Thus creating the fundamental of the evolution into a totalitarian police state. all under people's noses as they did not know of the hiring policies and did not understand the eventual outcome of such a policy. It will not be in their minds when they look at this situation and thus it will remain unsolved & unseen.... and the source of the problem will not be addressed..and thus the police state will continue to roll out, unopposed and not understood as to it's origins.

each of the given US states has a border, which is only marked at the point where roads cross from one into another. Texas has no real border, per se. The given state borders are jurisdictional in nature, nothing more. It would be impossible to isolate it... like trying to make a bucket out of a literal nothing. The water would just splash everywhere as there is literally no container.

The Texas-Mexico border makes up 1,254 miles (2018km), which is a real monitored and enforced ---international border. The total Texas actual state jurisdictional border, including the shoreline, is nearly 4 times that, at approximately 4000 miles total. (6400 km)

Silver metal just started the process of going crazy, which comes around to slamming the banking system, as eventualities go. Besides all the other indicators and conditions. Which means the devaluation of the fiat currencies, especially the default global fiat currencies, like the US petrodollar.

Lets remember that Hillary's prosecution on Capitol hill has been buried and hidden by this.

I'd wager that most in this thread are already forgetting this fundamental thing. A thing they'll be forced to remember in a bit ...when she somehow begins to emerge unscathed, as does the FBI and the Justice department emerge unscathed.... for their protection of her violations of federal laws regarding state secrets.

Hillary's face should have been on the eyes of US citizens...and discussing her and her cohorts who are trying to pardon her...this discussion should have been on the lips of all US citizens while drinking their morning coffee. Right now, as I post this.

TODAY, this morning. All due to what happened YESTERDAY.

But, you see, a prior created situation was ignited, set on fire, somehow......between the capitol hill grilling of Comey, head of the FBI, who did not question her under oath..and the consequent HUGE eruption of cries for investigation and all kinds of legal battles involving the US federal offices protecting her, and of Hillary herself....

And this prior situation, of police brutality and now 5 police officers dead, has happened at the EXACT moment that would be required to begin the process of HIDING her misdeeds and HIDING the evidence of her being helped and saved BY the federal offices which should be prosecuting her. Which would have gone live on TV and all over the USA, this very morning.

For her to be saved from that fate, for her to be protected and thus possibly make it to being the president of the USA, over that of Donald trump, who is not an insider, well..a fire would have to be ignited, so the public would never see her eventual prosecution in the public eye.

I listened to most of the congressional hearing of Comey yesterday, and it came out that Clinton commuted perjury during her last congressional hearing. each of the given US states has a border, which is only marked at the point where roads cross from one into another. Texas has no real border, per se. The given state borders are jurisdictional in nature, nothing more. It would be impossible to isolate it... like trying to make a bucket out of a literal nothing. My point is that the security and future of the PUBLIC or PEOPLE...of the unites states... can only be served by first looking at it as a false flag and then retreating into the idea of it being organic, if necessary.

That the timing of the event, regarding hiding Hillary's capital hill federal crime investigation, which is being covered up by this event, displaced by this event, which as a coincidental moment of event paring.... as a matter if timing...is hitting on near impossible odds.

So, you can see, with this thread, I'm turning this analysis of this event quite quickly, into the required directions for a thought pattern that can help the public deal with this and in effect, defeat and deflect elitist gaming of the public.

It's not that the forum has high viewership, it is the reasoning tied to the forum discussions...and it's more controlled membership - that causes it to punch way above it's weight class when it comes to disseminating effective dialouge.

I don't think the race of the cops matters as much that they're cops. So many of my white friends think of police in deeply respectful and reverent terms. Any assault on them will bring out an angry response.
That response will be directed at black america, and BLM because this happened at a BLM event.

Now that the Dallas shooting tragedy is officially over, attention turns to what the motive behind the murderous rampage may have been.

And while the Dallas police chief said during a press conference that while talking with police negotiators, the suspect said he was not affiliated with any group, as we reported moments ago the “Black Power Political Organization” took responsibility for the killings, calling the shooters “our assassins.” It remains to be confirmed if that is indeed the case.

However, something else that has emerged and is now confirmed regarding Thursday night’s attack, which the police described as a carefully planned and executed ambush, is that according to Dallas Police Chief David Brown, who said that during the exchange of gunfire with the suspect, he made the following announcement: “The suspect said he was upset about Black Lives Matter,” said Brown, who is black. “He said he was upset about the recent police shootings. The suspect said he was upset at white people. The suspect stated that he wanted to kill white people, especially white officers.”

Additionally, moments ago, the suspect was officially identified as Micah Xavier Johnson, 25, of Mesquite Texas, who is claimed to be a US Army Veteran.

There has not yet been a comment from the administration on what appears to be an attempt to stoke a race war by targeting police officers.

This video is from the live Fox broadcast from Dallas where a number of police officers were shot during a Black Lives Matter protest.

Be forewarned, this video is graphic and shows the death of a police officer, discretion is advised. (refer to VT link)

We see a man in beige slacks toting an assault rifle, exchanging fire with a police officer, then he outflanks the officer, approaching from the opposite side of a pillar and shoots the officer at point blank range, the bullet passing clean through both the officer’s torso and his body armour.

Several thoughts spring to mind, firstly, what were people doing up on top of a building conveniently overlooking the scene of the crime? All too convenient. Secondly, unlike Charlie Hebdo and the farcical ‘murder’ of a French cop with obvious blanks, here we see a real weapon with real muzzle blast firing bullets that were all too real. That cop died, and he did so in a brutal fashion, he was executed in front of the watching cameras.

This whole thing reeks of psyop and we’re calling it right away – it’s a false flag, an all too obvious one.

Once again we are presented with a narrative that is quite implausible, where we are being asked to believe that the attackers were capable of feats of marksmanship that even seasoned spec ops operators would find difficult. This time we are being asked to believe that angry young black men took up arms and shot 11 police officers from elevated positions; not likely, not hardly, such a feat requires trained and experienced sniper teams – the same kind that were employed on the Maidan in Kiev two years ago to shoot down both policemen and protesters.

Copper jacketed ball ammo, is the normal sort of name for it--- military rounds. The way they have to be built for staggered long mags with an auto feed system, to prevent jamming. IIRC, when fired at the ground specifically cement or brick at close range and long shear angles, you can get a spark trail. Hunting rounds don't generally ever do so, as they are generally lead tipped expansion types. For the most part, handgun rounds don't have the fps or the energy required, overall, to spark the cement. Leaving only military rounds from high powered autos to be the ones to show this point blank range sparking effect with cement (or stone and granite, granite which is mildly piezoelectric..which is likely what the column in question is covered with).

Yep, I've lit up a wall or two before in similar fashion while doing CQC training with live ammo. very common to see sparks off solid concrete or rocks,, sometimes cinder block if it's the right angle.

you need a MINIMUM of a level 3 strike plate to stop "standard Nato rounds" (.223 / 5.56mm fired from an AR-15 like platform generally) ammo.. cops wear level 2 generally, a .308(7.62mm fired from the AK47 most commonly) can defeat level 2 and close to level 3.... It's not reasonable to walk around with level 3 strike plates in... very restrictive.

That is certainly the feeling I had this morning when I was watching it as it was happening TargeT. The way the emergency services responded, as opposed to the Pulse club event, had a totally different feel and look about it, more like a 'real' event (for want of a better word), but not quite.

when the energy levels are high enough... that you get to thermal breakdown, and some aspects of vaporization. To get there, generally means speed, or fps and grain size, of something that is copper jacketed, ie, military ball ammo, or auto feed copper tipped ammo for something like 5.56 and up. What the spark trails are is superheated copper flicking off the damaged bullet, the kind that can only be created by energy and speed as a pair. Some of the stone is also letting go thermally in the same way, and we can get a spark there instead, or additionally. Far less likely to happen with let say a 9mm auto uzi or whatnot (with military ball ammo). 9mm, about 1100 fps.... 5.56mm, is generally approaching 3000 fps. The crush of the bullet is so fast, that the deformation causes thermal accumulation at and in the crush zone and we get flicking molten metal off the crushed bullet.

Thanks Basho I thought that was high for fatalities and meant to check
the figure , but got side tracked.....The reason I like RT is at present they
use a lot of alternate reporters/bloggers to counter mainstream and the
likes of CNN and Fox. RT has got its own agendas as have all TV channels
mainstream or alternate by and large. But overall they get their vids up
pretty quick and its a good foil to the BBC articles I post. There are other
sources and feel free to post them as long as they are not to extreme either
way, but that's a matter for individual taste in some respect......

US police shootings: Protests spread with dozens of arrests

Protests continue to spread across US cities against the killing of black men by
police, following recent deaths in Minnesota and Louisiana.

Roads were blocked and missiles thrown in Minnesota, while armed New Black
Panther Party members confronted police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Dozens of arrests have been made but the rallies were mostly peaceful.

The situation is also tense in Dallas, where five officers were killed by a black man
during a protest rally.

Security levels were raised at the police HQ after anonymous threats were received

Many people have vehicles that are designed for driving in different countries, I have one myself for when we go to continental Europe. Why would the cop be asking Mr Castille for licence and insurance details if Mr Castille was not the driver?

I must admit that Miss Reynolds (the female passenger filming) behaviour does seem rather strange considering her boyfriend has just been shot and murdered a few inches from her, and her young daughter is in the back of the car, but then again it is difficult to say how each of us would react to that extreme situation. I think she was functioning on pure Adrenalin and she does have a total meltdown immediately after the event. I presumed the video being referenced was the one from liveleak which was of the Dallas shooting, which is the topic of the thread and likewise was posted just above the initial comment from czarek. As for the Minnesota shooting video, it is also possible that the video was taking a mirror image as she was using the front facing camera, some phones will do that, I'll have to take a closer look at that one.

Edit to add:

Everything in the video was reversed, the dashboard controls, the cars driving on the wrong side of the road, and the officers badges on the right instead of the left, just for starters. I'm sure further examination would yield more instances of things mirrored in the video.

I guess I nailed that one, which was the obvious conclusion, readily understood in the exact second that the words were read..... that it was a 'sniper attack'.

I guess we're looking at a fake created reason in our near future, a orange revolution, maidan square moment, or big brother with guns, IE, "Israeli soldiers purposely not given binoculars so they are ALWAYS looking at everyone through a scope on a loaded sniper gun, targeted, with their finger on the trigger".

This guy is talking ...I don't know what.... No squib, or blank system I'm aware of fires projectiles out of a barrel. It is simply too dangerous. None of that gear is coming out of factories as it is all custom and all part of the biggest risk and insurance component of the film business. Special effects companies specialize in different effects involving fake bullets, fake impacts, sqibs, blanks, and so on. Al these things, or devices and methods are generally copied across the board, but no one, IIRC, makes any real end use components in that business -each company finalizes and uses their own custom gear. Thus, each insurance risk is specific and local unto the film being made, and the special effects company on contract to the specific film contract (Each film made...is a short term lifespan single use corporation that hires separate companies, etc). No person firing blanks is to ever fire directly at the person involved, it is all about camera angles, the single eye myopia of the camera.

Basically, I did not hear him say anything at all. This guy implied 'I'm in the effects business', and then it ended. after that he said 'look at the special effects'. Then I look, and I see small stone chunks move and create a dust cloud. I see the odd bullet spark when it impacts something hard enough, or hits what might be the steel air flow grating, and so on. If you calculate the cyclic rate of the supposed weapon in use and count the sparks, there is definitely not a 1 to 1 ratio of sparks vs fired rounds. Which is to be expected.

I could be wrong about what I'm seeing, but I doubt it.

Checking on the gun used, apparently it was an SKS, or AK jr, if you will. Odds are, it was surplus ammunition, as that is what is left over from initial production. Many many tons of it. the SKS is widely sold.... as is ... the matching surplus ammunition. The surplus ammunition is all military ball ammunition. ie, full metal jacket rounds, no soft lead tips. The fully jacketed eastern block military round is usually (almost 100% chance) a 'Bi-Metal', not a pure copper (pure copper is too soft, for most bullet use, so it is alloyed, the military uses different alloys than the hunting designs). Although, 'Bi-metal' usually refers to the covering the bullet vs the bullet core, but each component is usually an alloy, not a pure metal. (I'm confusing the issue for readers, so I'll clarify again. A bi-metal bullet is a dual composition bullet, one with a skin that is different than the core. In each case the skin is usually an alloy and the core is usually an alloy)

Meaning, probably more likely to spark than a copper tip. This is military surplus from the 70's and 80's (probably newer than that, nowadays), out of eastern Europe and china, etc. Cheap alloys inexpensive alloys that work for the purpose at hand: which is stable flight, good penetration, no fouling of the gun, no premature wear of the gun,and good long term storage and handling lifespan.

For example, if you saw this shot at night (link) (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wNeVPK9AII), you'd see sparks, even though it is a lead tipped round. 2500 feet per second, 300 grain round, 25 yards, ~5000 ft/lbs of muzzle energy. Basically, the 1/2" steel plate both melted and vaporized at the impact point. It would be complete with light and sparks, if recorded at night.

And here's the relevant information, That Chinese surplus 7.62x39mm SKS ammunition, which is among the least expensive to buy....generally uses a copper jacketed steel cored bullet.

So the bullet in question (and possibly in use in this Dallas incident) will impact and spark, when the copper jacket is blown off by impact upon granite and cement, or with impact on steel gratings, and whatnot. The thin copper layer is blown off, and then the steel core sparks, all in the single impact... then it sheds hot sparked steel, in it's flight, thus....small tracer sparks after impact. First, in initial impact... ones like a meteor impact, a circular spray pattern, then the bullet vector after impact can show a tracer of the hot steel spark. One or the other or a combination of the two, in the given close range shots of cheap Chinese ammunition. Likely...the lower the purity of the alloyed metals involved, the more likely to spark. And this is Chinese 1970's to 80's-90's ammunition. (more likely the later date period)

In essence, I'm not refuting what he says but I am outlining some aspects of a possible counter argument.

I went to the site, took a bunch of video.... the camera angle of the guy getting shot is from a bank across the street; so I guess it's plausible that someone was working late or what ever..

Nope, you're just being manipulated by the media.. Police kill twice as many whites each year & almost 99% of the shootings are completely justified (bad guys doing bad things); there are a few in there that are terrible incidents which DO need scrutiny.

This whole "black victim" thing is being hyped up to leverage two things: "White guilt" and "Black entitlement" (both of which everyone has to some degree or another due to the current zeitgeist of society). It's an easy topic to get "passionate responses" on, or at least apathetic enough ones, to allow it to continue with out much counter.

If you look at the numbers there's nothing here other than some serious socio/economic disparagy and a culture of violence that furthers that situation. The rest is just a reaction to that, not systematic racism; just a careful manipulation of the facts,,,,,just a clever divide and conquer tactic at work.
